So much history going on in Shadowrun.  I feel like I need a full-on history book, and I don't mean that in a bad way.  I want one.

So, Prop 23 was a vote to make the Ork Underground an official district of Seattle, yes?  I don't fully understand the implications of that.

As well as formal representation in city government, more support for infrastructure, etc.  It will make the underground less useful for "getting off the grid", but it will probably make life better for those who live there full time.

It will be interesting to see what the canon result of Splintered State will be, since it involves information of what Brackhaven was planning to do. There's 4 different parties that are trying to get the information, so the question is what parties all managed to score it and what they used it for. If it gets in the hands of the Grand Jury, he may very well fall eventually.

There is nice paragraph on this in Stormfront, p. 81. Much of legal SINs intended for OU inhabitants ended up on fake SIN market. Hell maybe some of my characters have one of those...
