Well guys not sure if you knew this or not this Professor we are after is a spell slinger and from what I can tell he is a powerful one. Also he seems to be casting spells on the Hobo as a way to keep him alive. Just FYI >>>


Icer decides to pretend that he is reading a matrix news report, Icer moves his hands as if he is scrolling down then to the left. Then sits for a little bit as if reading what ever it was his fake matrix search got him.

Lynx holds his position under the tree, <<I must say I'm not surprised the target is a mojo slinger.  Perhaps we could use the hobo for the approach.   Either disguise one of us as him or possibly compel him to have a few words on our behalf.   Icer do you have any magics that can do that?>>

Well when it comes to disguising one of use any spell I would use this major mojo slinger would easily see through it so that would be out. We could see about using a physical disguise but then we would have to move the Hobo so there is not two hobos. As for getting the hobo to say a few words on our behalf I might be able to do that will a Push spell I have that would get a suggestion in his mind to do what we want. Hope that helps.

<<I would be more worried about one of his handlers seeing it than him but if it may cause him to react differently than normal it could go very poorly.  I am thinking we would be better off bribing the hobo with a warm meal and a handful of creds to deliver a message than trying to run him off that bench.  No offense Icer but I do not like idea of 'pushing' a man's mind...  if it were more dire circumstances perhaps but not today.

Flea let us know when the target and his handlers have left the park.  I will approach the old man and see if we can work something out.>>  Lynx stands and stretches, reaching up towards the branches.  He takes a look around casually and yawns.

No I have not IDed the handler if you can give me the location of him relative to the target I will get you what I can find. Ya three mojo slingers in the same park all be friendly like is not a good thing to have to deal with, comes down to which mage do you geek first, or well KO first. >>


Once Icer gets the location of the handler from Flea he will do his best to get a glance at the handler, not wanting to stare at the two he will try a few glances to see if that will get him the intel he is looking for. Mainly Magical skills and cyberware.

From the brief time you saw the aura of the tail you clearly saw he was mundane, he had a limited amount of basic grade cyber ware less than 1 essence of ware

With Icers view of the two threats, one a target, one a man he might have to put to sleep over he makes sure not to make any sudden movements but does his best to completely ignore the two of them unless they move into a close proximity to Himself.

I got a look at the tail seems he has no magic and a small amount of cyberware, I don't want to keep looking in there area so I'm not going to find out what the cyber tech he has unless the two get very close to me. >>


Icer is tired of not having a real matrix page to look at so he pulls up a news feed from a local Matrix sight and starts to play the local news. Well the only thing better then a fake news feed for a cover is a real one. When the news feed starts Icer grabs a black smoke out of his inside pocket and starts to drag the life out of the death stick.

The moment passes slowly at the time but is simultaneously brisk. It isn't long before the encounter in the park is over and the Professor is on the tram heading back to his apartment and the handler vacate the area in turn.

The weather is starting to turn and streets flicker into life as the evening draws in and the ambient light fades.
You all see a noddle bar being opened on the edge of the park the old Korean man propping up the canopy and lighting old oil lamps.

<Stay frosty I am going to go approach the hobo>
Lynx stretches again before walking back towards the bench home of the homeless man.  "Good evening my friend.   Why don't you let me buy you a bowl of noodles?"  He points to the noodle cart setting up and smiles, "I would like to have a small chat."

The Hobo looks at you some what shocked and a lot more co-tent than before, he pauses a moment he shrugs his shoulders and stands saying
Hey your cred Omae, I'm not going to say no,
So what do you want to talk about?
...
My beautiful green home here?
My 'Pets'?
...
or something so terribly mundane.

"Excellent" Lynx smiles and starts walking to the noodle bar. "That man you spoke with a few minutes ago...  Do you speak with him often?"

Flea shuffles a bit as her jacket zip digs into her sternum, the greatly magnified world tilting and rocking in her monocle display until she settles.
She does her best to scan the park, looking for anyone interested in Lynx and the Hobo's discussion.

Icer keeps his head planted in his news feed not really looking at it very much more looking at the area behind the AR window. Icer sub-vocals to Lynx. Careful with the Hobo you don't want to tip our hand I see him as a major chance at being a hostile when we make our move on the mark. Icer figures there are three visible threats on this snatch job with a good chance that there might be a quick response back up team the three runners might have to deal  with.

You clearly view the park and can see that no one is interested in Lynx and the Hobo,only the odd head turn from random passers by. The rush hours peters down and the foot traffic dies down considerably.
