anyway I am having trouble finding the rules for artisan and performance skills for 3rd ed.  I know ive read them before and they are in one of the expansion books but I cant remember which one or where.  I'm hoping maybe someone out there can help me remember.

You may actually be thinking of 2nd Edition - Shadowbeat had some quite complex rules for performance success, the impact you can cause to occur, and the money you can make.  3rd Edition ... hm.  Something in the back of my head wants to say it may have been in the 2063/2064 updates.
