Yes, you were holding action to respond to Mohawk and got clipped.

Alright, so with the modifiers, Clem's initiative goes down 3 points, so I don't know who goes before her now.

Sorry about that, thought I posted it.  Yes, O'Connor freed himself, but is still prone.

Torley's initiative: 7d6.hits(5)=3

So he goes on 10, single IP.

For the glitch, you will lose another pass.  If you are not freed by someone else, you will take another 6S.

So that's it for O'Connor? Is there a way for him to use edge to reroll misses for his surprise roll and act on the surprise, or is there any way Clem could use edge to get in front of the spirit and release its hold on O'Connor?

Unfortunately it doesn't work that way, but it's only stun, so he should be okay and normally the spirit will let go once his prey is down (at least, that's how I always give my order: 'take them down and then go to the next').  I hope I go before the mage, so I can stunbolt his ass.  Then the spirit will dissapear as well, since it's not bound (if I recall correctly).  Another option is to summon a new one and have them fight it out on the astral (you can have only 1 unbound spirit, so he can't take that one away from me).  I'll think a bit about it until it's my action.

farothel has the gist of it, I don't know about the unbound part.  Hydroraven, Clem wouldn't be able to act fast enough to keep that from happening anyway, the spirit had her and Torley beat on surprise, so O'Connor will be out before she knows he is being attacked.

Clem's action is next.
