So, simple question. Should I allow a player to reload and reuse an aztechnology striker, like some modern disposable launchers can be used? I didn't find anything mentioned about this with a quick online search?

It's listed as a muzzle loader, so under the reloading rules that would be a complex action.

I don't see why not on reusing it.

Considering the price/avail on the rocket/missile makes the Striker itself look somewhat trivial, sure.  Why not?

I think the balancing part of the Striker is that you pay a low price for something "disposable" (i.e., one-use), so I'd be disinclined to allow it.  If I allowed it, I'd rule that any glitch on a reloaded Striker causes some damage to the user as the launcher breaches during launch...after all, it wasn't designed for reuse.
Guiding principle for game balance:  Players avoid underpowered stuff and flock to overpowered stuff.

Seeing that most of the other launchers aren't that pricey either, I think the fact that you need to reload the launcher every time you shoot is drawback enough... Hell, 7500 for the ballista and 14 000 for both the Interceptor or Yakusoku? They aren't THAT expensive.

And if you think about the ammo, a Striker with an anti-vehicle missile will cost 4000 nuyen. Kinda pricey for a one-shot-wonder, don't you think?
