Hey there, glad you could make it in the flesh, so here is the thing... while starting the tale James quickly searches for a cig and his Zippo, lighting it he continues Apparently the lady was the Johnson, how do i know? i hacked the troll 'link, it was slaved to another 'link, i also got a mark on that one, she had both, we had a little discussion....  then a few sararimen came up, casual bystanders, and a rigger i know showed up to give her a ride... why cant i get a freakin normal Johnson once in a while... anyway... i can track that link if she doesn't boot it, messaging her as we speak, that's the tale so far.

//txt message miss Johnson commlink: you still want that coffee lady?//

@James <<Jamaican Sunrise, double shot of caramel and whipped cream. Just a sec while I ask the kid what he wants.>> Looking up at Shade she asks you, "What kinda caf you want? Runner seems to have connected enough of the dots to want to listen politely."

"I see.. well if you could give me the information on it, I could track her down with this. he says pulling out his 'tool' from inside his coat, some weird brass and copper device that lights up when he pushes a button, making a noise.

Wonder if she gave them the address
Remember to give them the address, and tell him to get his hoop moving some people never change. He is getting older though.

Professor, what you could do for me was to run a search on the lady and her friend, "Shade" is the name, ill send the image files to your commlink, i think i can handle finding them on my own. and just before i forget, don't go flashing that thing around i would hate to have to shoot anyone picking a fight on you because they think you are a loony, no offence. You riding shotgun?

//attach image copy of miss Johnson and "shade"//
//attach miss Johnson and "shade" commcode//
//send files to: The professor//

Yeah Yeah i know.. FUBAR situation Darren sir. old man Cussack still mighty pissed at you after all these years, said it was a "waste of a prime marksman doing desk duties" James shrugs a bit while tossing the nearly dead shell of the cigar. Shall we go?

@James <<Kid says he doesn't want to stunt his growth. So pick him up a cookie>> Looking up at you she says, "Don't tell me how to run a crew kid. I've been doing this since before you were in nappies." she grins at you. She's enjoying herself.

"Well, either you want my help with running a search or you don't." The Professor says. "I can't very well put it away and then run a search" With that, he continues to wave it around a random directing before pulling it up to his face with a click.. "Uh.. huh.. Alright.. let see.."

The professor sends out the messages to "The Face" and "Archeologist."

//message Audio:

Hello, its your favorite professor with a job for you,
I don't have the details, their quite over due.
Come down the the soy cafe, 3rd and Martin
Its like school, a hidden kindergarten

We can talk about times gone past
with a hint of high  upperclass
While we wait for this johnson chap
I still need to get better at gentleman's rap

//message Text:

On my way. Thanks for the heads-up!

P.S. - Don't quit your day job for a career as a poet.

Handsome Jack hops on his Suzuki and navigates through the streets of Denver to rendezvous with the poet wannabe at the cafe. As he wends his way through traffic he wonders what has possessed the fellow today to wax poetic, and poorly at that, about a simple job meet? Humans can be such odd creatures. Is he on some new drug?

@The Professor When you begin the searches for Shade and the woman. Shade is relatively easy to find. He's wanted as a "Person of Interest" In several cases and as the search continues and lists "known associates" many of them are further annotated as "dead" or imprisoned" One in particular is notable for it's length of time, a Sama-el D. Chavez-Wong had multiple criminal charges against him before it listed him as "murdered, unknown assailant". Shades' association with him was the longest by far of any of his contacts. The woman is far more difficult. a search on her turns up several incongruities. Her face is listed against a DMV record as belonging to a Camille A Spencer-Hyde, a name search on that name shows up against a research librarian currently employed by a private company that advertises it's services in genealogy searches. It also shows up against an obituary dated just over 50yrs ago. Also curiously enough a reference librarian.

@James tracking the mark against the address she sent you is easy enough, and both addresses match.

@Derren :)

Why don't you go ahead and reply a second time and state that you got to the soycaf bar and greet The professor just in time to overhear lets go, so that you can say you're up for it and be at the meet, it'll save time for the next time your avail as by then we'll be in the actively planning for the key elements of the job phase.

Handsome Jack buzzes up to the cafe in his cherry-red Suzuki Mirage street bike. He pops the kickstand, hops off of the bike, and dusts off his immaculate business suit. Said suit showing telltale bulges of concealed weapons. He does not remove the goggles he's been wearing, nor the earbuds in his elegantly-pointed ears. The elf saunters into the cafe as if he owns it and heads directly to the table where he spots The Professor.

In a cultured (and affected) upperclass British accent, the elf cheerfully says, "Greetings, Professor. Have I missed anything of import? No matter, good chap, you can fill me in later.

Turning to the others at the table, "Handsome Jack, at your service. And who, pray tell, are you fine folks?"

Yes mate, lets move.
Ha, yeah I heard that one too many times back in the service. Saw those mangled wrecks that came in off the front lines though. The ones that survived had to spend months learning to walk again and were more machine than man by the end of their tours. I like shooting, I just never was much a fan of being shot. 'spesh not by them intelli-mortar rounds. fucking death personified for snipers they were.

He clunks heavily down into the seat and digs the arm slide + pistol assembly out fro under the seat, slipping it onto his wrist and disabling the wireless, before climbing back out and following James to his car.
So, how've you been keeping anyway? How was life for you in the service?
