Loki simply looked around at the others and smiled. "What? Fancy restaurant like that wouldn't let someone like me in, unless I had some fancy clothes and an accent... Siren clearly underestimates me, so I'll hang out here with Shade, keep an eye on the Astral. Have fun!"
The young Elf kicked his feet up onto the rear seats as the others left, leaned back, and closed his eyes. To the eyes of his mundane crew he'd look like he was sleeping. To someone awakened, it would look like his spirit had partially abandoned his body. Loki trailed the aura of his compatriots towards the top floor of the mall, avoiding the watchers keeping guard in the fancy boutiques. When they entered the restaurant, Loki ascended to roof, sliding down through the roof, making sure no mana barrier prevented his passage.
"Never know with these kinds of places", he thought to himself, "rich bastards like these people take silly precautions some times."
As his colleagues were escorted to their table, he scanned the crowd for other Awakened, making sure to keep out of sight up above. He'd learned early on that far too few people looked up for hidden dangers...
