Patrick, I'm curious if you had this sequel planned from the onset or not?

I knew from the beginning that it (this story arc) was going to be in three parts, minimum. Certain portions of it caught me by surprise along the way, though.

Did you like it?

In the bought version are there the full prices and rules for the personalised grips? Preview didn't have any prices/avail ratings or rules on which slot it takes (if any)

Patrick put out a question for what it'd be, he expected it to be in R&G.
How am I not part of the forum?? O_O I am both active and angry!

Hi Patrick,

Since it's Shadowrun game night, I haven't had the opportunity to read it yet. I imagine it would be better if I read Another Rainy Night first to refresh my memory of the first part of the "trilogy"

oh right, that doesn't sound encouraging then. i take it those specific rules didnt make it into the final cut? they certainly didn't make it into RnG!!!

Anxious to hear what people have to say about it.

I loved the story, and can't wait for the next one! Also, a big thank you for putting Vibro weapons in there! I was not happy when I saw they weren't in Run & Gun.

Cool story, Patrick. Left a review over on Amazon; I really enjoy all the little details that firmly ground the story in the Shadowrun universe. Looking forward to the next one (conclusion?)

Patrick, I have posted a review on DriveThruStuff. I did have a slight problem; my review kinda looks like I'm fanboying you a bit.

I would ask you to suck more as a writer so it could look more balanced next time, but I think the obvious downsides of that outweigh my personal sensibilities as to how to write a review  :P

Hey Patrick,

I finished reading both stories. I'm glad I held of on the first part until the second became available, otherwise the wait would have been murder.  There's a real WoD theme present that works well in the stories, although I'll be honest, I'm not sure I want to see translated into the rpg. Of course, that's usually true of most fiction in Shadowrun I think

Great job and the were a very entertaining read. I trust we won't have to wait another 2+ years for part 3????

I tried to keep it short and to the point, to avoid the same. I did feel the need to respond slightly to the only other review at the time, as I felt that he was jumping to conclusions not supported in the story.
