Celtibero has confirmed over PM that he will step back to allow me space in the game. I thank him for that, as Winnipeg is my hometown, so I was excited to have the chance to game in it.

I'm writing up a decker, ex-Ares spider with a corp-born SIN. Burned by Ares when a supervisor scapegoated him for a shadowrun  that ended up stealing some very sensitive data. Luckily, as a decker, he had some small ties to the shadows already. He currently operates out of northern St. Boniface, the seedier part of that otherwise nice area, where he has a condo with enough roof space to keep his drones.

Earlier, someone was asking about languages. Winnipeg has one of the largest french-speaking communities in Canada, outside of Quebec, so french would definitely be a thing. We also have a large Ukranian population, which would probably carry the language forward somewhat. The local native languages are also good choices, as is German and Chinese.

Personally, I took English, French, Ukranian, and Algonkian.

You might want to update your sheet to reflect your actual movement, which is 6/12, not 12/24 (AGI6 arm, AGI3 base). Same with Lift, at least in some/most cases.

Looks like you're one skill point over, as I count 37/5 instead of 36/5. You should also have 2 knowledge skill points remaining, as your (LOG+INT) * 2 is 20, not 18.

I'm also not sure where you got your Augmented CHA 18; you've also spent 18 karma on Contacts, but with CHA 2 you only have 6 points to spend.

As a GM, I'd want to see how you spent your karma, which isn't really clear to me, at least.

Sorry, I will clarify:

Skill points, I spent 36/5 (remember to count the specialization), and then 6 karma for Armourer 2

The "Augmented CHA" was actually just a subtotal I was using to make sure I spent the right amount on abilities (I spent 16 points, then used 20 karma to bring Cha and Body to 2 each).

The 18 points in contacts is: The free fixer contact we all got, 6 free points for the ER surgeon, and then 7 karma spent for the decker.

My total karma itemizes as follows:

25 free
+25 Corp Born SIN
-------------------------
50 available


-10 Codeslinger
-10 Body 2
-10 Cha 2
-7 Decker Contact
-6 Armourer 2
-7 money
-------------------------
50 spent


EDIT: you're right about knowledge skills. I adjusted my intuition after I spent the points, so I'll spend the extra 2
