Howdy,
I and three other friends have been looking to give Shadowrun a shot! After trying to wade through the rulebook I felt it would be best to find an experienced player to show us the ropes for the first game, and if the GM was willing maybe run a bi-weekly or monthly game with us! We're social, fun fellas in our late 20s with plenty of board game and tabletop experience, but none of us have any PnP experience under our belt which is why this seems daunting. So basically what were looking for is a teacher that may get integrated into our group of friends who is going to be patient while we learn the systems and get acquainted with the game.
