A few things that popped up while reading SR:

1. What happened to the rest of the Tir Council of Princes? I know Surehand is on the run, Oakforest is in Europe, I'm sure Ehran is with the DIMR...howabout the rest?
2. Shedim- apparently no new shedim can enter our plane. What are the old ones up to. A book made mention of the UCAS being "allied" with shedim. What's up with that?
3. Multiple Nadja Daviars. What gives? Why do that? What does she hope to accomplish?
4. Any news from California post-Saito?

1)  Sean Laverty is likely in Tir na nOg, as per Storm Front.  A few of the others, of course, are still on the new Council in Tir Tairngire.  Most of them have just been scattered/exiled, and are laying low for the moment (remember, if anyone can afford to fly under the radar for a little bit and play the long game, it's elves).

2) There are a couple horror stories/runner posts about people going to various research facilities, finding them empty/abandoned until night falls and they're hit by a zombie-apocalypse style shedim assault.  I think one of them was in Antarctica?  So I think the existing shedim mostly float around and then unite, though whether there are any of the super-shedim left I don't know.

3) The Nadja clones are/were a way for Nadja to literally be in more than one place.  It's kinda the same concept as S-K's use of Hans Brackhaus (some of them may be a dragon), except somewhat more visually striking.  Having a web of well-connected fixers/johnsons has its uses especially if you plan to execute a Great Dragon's plan.

As Critias said, other than Laverty, they've gone all over the place. As for your other questions, the shedim already present are still up to their old tricks, as well as trying to find a way to reopen that closed door. As for the Daviars, well, after she almost got killed during the New Revolution's coup after the crash, Daviar had to lay low for a while. Thing is, she still had stuff to do, so she created the look-alikes, basically people given surgery to look like her, and brainwashed to think like her, working as a series of deep cover operatives. Not only does this create misdirection while allowing her to do her work, but it also allows her to go out herself, since she can pretend to be one of the clones. Basically, the same reason why Lofwyr uses Herr Brackhous. And in california? Well, the best info is in Corporate Enclaves, the LA chapter.

I remember reading somewhere that the dead are cremated or "donated" to ghouls as meal suppliments. As the idea of burying the dead is kinda going out of vogue but shedim are a problem. this indicates to me that shedim are... what, semi common?

STDs don't need to be "common" to get folks to wear protection, right?  I kind of see it the same way with shedim and cremation, etc.  Something doesn't have to happen very often, just often enough (while being bad enough if it does happen), to prompt that sort of change.

Yeah I have Corporate Enclaves, and the LA section was great. I was wondering more about central and Northern California, the part that's still the Free State.

Daviar didn't create the "clones," who aren't actually clones, either.

There are no Shedim, citizen.  Please look at this little flashy light here for one second...

4. Any news from California post-Saito?

The entire state is now just a giant Comic Con.  Comic Con '76 is about to start up, and rumor has it that DC is finally going to announce that Wonder WOman movie that they've been talking about for the last 75 years...

Personally, I'd like to see what DragonCon is like now. What with there being real dragons and all. I can TOTALLY see Damon dressing up as part of the 501st.
