Clearly the hard part isn't finding the files once we've targeted a site. The hard part is figuring out what sites to look at >.>
This. I was hoping Catalyst had added some metadata to each PDF that would provide hints to the next/previous file in the series, but no such luck.  This isn't a needle in a haystack problem -- it's 15 needles in a world of haystacks.  What kills me is how poorly laid out most of these "hobby game news" sites are.  I pretty much want to stab myself before delving through another UX nightmare.  We need a 6/6 AI contact to mindlessly search through the internet. ;)

Props to Geek Dad for how he insidiously placed the Shadowrun logo!

I'm thinking that the ones that haven't been found may not be WordPress sites. That would make finding them that much harder.

Hope you enjoyed the site too while exploring!

It's a blast being a part of something like this.

Well, i don't have any ideas where it could be next.  I do not typically use gaming news sites.

So now that #1 has been posted to the Forums, It was also posted to Facebook and to Tumblr.  So ignore my earlier comment.  #1 was actually posted to three different sites.   ::)

They are certainly using lesser well known hobby sites for this.  FB and Twitter for Catalyst has given me some focus on where to look, but I think I'm done.  It feels less like a scavanger hunt and more like a random die roll and digging through papers.  I look forward to getting all 15 pages and the ability to print the demo kit.

We might be getting more hints soon, I think they are based in Seattle's Time Zone.

Awesome way to drum up support for your own site though if you're devious.

I agree. I'm also not big on browsing the hobby soites, and I've now spent many an hour digging through random sites because I have no idea where it would be and the internet is, I think, for all intents and purposes, infinite. I'm going to have to put my search on hold. It's not a scavenger hunt anymore, so much as randomly scanning websites at this point. If there are hints, I might try picking it up again, but it's a little brain-frying ATM. Otherwise, I'll just wait until someone else finds everything, then print out the demo kit myself.

Not knowing where to look either, i finally came across a pretty good list of sites to work from.
http://www.boardgamelinks.com/links/sites/

I think I went through 20-30 of them and didn't find anything that hasn't been found already.

Now my eyes are bleeding and I have work to do.

I would like to suggest using twitter and facebook searching using hashtags.  Get specific with them - you will get less results that pop up.

Also the internet is indeed infinite, so some of the sites will start dropping hints.  It's a great contest for a cool ass prize - don't give up.

I agree, the prize is cool and the contest was a good idea.  I'm just fatigued out.  Unless I somehow get extremely fortunate, I'll enjoy playing the demo set and wait for the retail release. :)

There haven't been any new sites posting anything on social media that I can see since yesterday afternoon (a few hours after it went live).

Yeah, I will check periodically for any updates but at this point I don't have any useful way to guide my search so it seems like a fool's errand.

One of the guys from Geekdad keeps posting 'Think you've found everything?'

https://twitter.com/jonathanhliu/status/490175038570512384

I wonder if there is more than one page on a site?
