I'm working on some ideas for my Rigger and one of them involves (mis)using an Iron Will exoframe as a weaponized combat vehicle, in the same vein as the Jacket's from "All You Need Is Kill" and "Edge of Tomorrow". I know in Shadowrun, manned powered armors are a research dead end, but my idea is that a synthesis of  a modified Vehicle Control Rig, higher end cyberlimb servos and lightweight materials COULD make an un-armored exoskeleton a possibility. I know this will start a shit storm, but any help would be appreciated. So far the basic idea is, you NEED a COntrol Rig to use them, and pilot Anthroform/Walker. Just trying to decide how to stat their handling/agility.

I tried doing the same and ended up just giving up.

That being said, I'll say that this is one of those things you need to work on with a specific GM, because there are many considerations that have to be made and different people will have different takes on how this should work.

For what it's worth, I went for a modified Renraku Manservant-3 drone instead of the Iron Will; take a look at the rules for mechanical limbs, at least, as well as the other walker drones to get a feel for what to use as a baseline.

I was going with the Iron Will becuase it was designed for metahuman use, but the drone is possible. I've got some rules for strength amplification with i've borrowed form the original Iron Will writeup and the cyberlimbs write ups in the core rulebook. Looking at creatign a full fledged series of exoskeletons and in universe marketing plan for them, complete with a brand names and manufacturers.
