Ryo: Its kind of hard to make out details in a moving vehicle, but you do get one clear shot.
It looks like she is running the show and they are dressed similarly in what seems to be almost military, but different from current dress.
As for the astral, you see that these are a group vastly comprised of adepts with the humans with a mage in the bunch, while the metas look like they are big. Strangely though, not a single bit of cyberware on any of them.
Raven: They are not friendly, but they are not overtly hostile right now. They look like they are still trying to figure out their next move with you. As for weapons, you see on them light weaponry for use on bikes, though you can't really see the bikes well enough to see if they have weapons and if they did, what type. They also seem to eye you for a while, thinking if one was crazy enough to start it, it probably be you so they leave before you get close and you have the general sense with keeping you skin on you to not overtly follow them.
