You get silence from the comm you snoop, other than receiving an occasional message, in Lakota, which sounds worried and desperate.

Ren has officially been absent for two weeks. I'll give him one more week before he loses his slot in the game and I get someone else to play Ace.

The Masked Woman is sustaining the Mana Bind spell and keeping eyes on the situation near the van. I suppose she could be working on the Heal preparation that she announced earlier but realistically she would put that off for a few minutes while waiting for Sam to finish his interview.

Not sure if the comms that Crumpled is receiving are public or private. If public, she'd look to Ohanzee for insight since he was cursing in Lakota when we all woke up in the van.

I assume Crumpled is feeding the group the messages being received by the comm, so when Ohanzee hears it, he is able to understand that it is someone calling for help. Specifically, he keeps repeating that he's pinned down by the troll and needs assistance, and he's progressively getting more desperate for someone to respond. From the sound of it, this is a generic message going out to multiple comms, and no one is replying.

Might be worth busting out some navigation skills to see if Chino is actively making things worse by planning the stop(s) himself.

Chino has the Outdoors group at 2.

Yeah, that's what I meant to do. Sorry I didn't make that clear enough. I have a show this weekend so I am spending extra time knocking out product. It has been a little crazy here.

I was personally hoping he'd wander down the hill and listen to the guy who's yelling at Uncle Sam, so I'll give it some time before moving things along without him.

As for Chino's navigation rolls, there's basically no way to go but to Aspen, from the maps he's looking at. The only option would be to turn around, which is a lot more likely to lead you into pursuing forces considering that's the direction the helicopter came from.

So assuming I'm going to need a Con roll in there for the comms being jammed bit, and probably an intimidation roll for the rest. I know he's got the Influence group at 6, hopefully he has the Acting group too.  Though it wouldn't be the first time I totally flubbed some rolls.
