Oh man that is sweet!  I have a player in my group who just decided to re-roll and he's making a face who's also an unsuccessful singer in a coffee house band (elves...).  I can't wait for this book, I hope it includes some nifty qualities and ideas that I can throw his way.

It's Johnny Banger in spirit, at least.

For those that are wondering what the hell we're talking about, the character art is modeled loosely on Steven Tinner, "GM to the Stars",  Critical Glitch co-founder, and long time Shadowrun fan.  He passed away last March, and Johnny Banger was a rocker character he was playing in Missions.

I never knew him, but that is a great nod to the man.  Now he'll live on in Run Faster:)

Oh, for sure. There's no way we'd be seeing a physical release this month unless it had gone to print back in ~Aug/Sept. Sorry if I implied otherwise. ;)

Agreed. This looks like a 'training wheels' edition, that you can use to introduce someone to the setting, and then shift over to something like 5E or 4E. Like how D&D 5E is best used as training wheels for D&D 3.X.

Turned in Toxshaman for ¥1 million/4 once.
