[OOC: Assuming that the stereo is a standard device, its rating should be 3, so that's 6 dice to ignore my spoof.  I'd be using the Matrix ID I grabbed as the door to the system and looking to do an action which would require Admin access, which gives me a -6 penalty to my roll.

So, that's me with hacking 6 +3 spoof +3 NC:NAN + 1 PuSHeD - 6 admin = 7 dice  vs, 6 dice on the stereo.
Action is to subscribe the stereo to my link... which I'm keeping in Hidden mode, BTW.
Rolling me 7d6.hits(5) → [2,1,4,6,4,4,1] = (1)  bleh.
and stereo.  6d6.hits(5) → [3,2,1,2,2,4] = (0) whaaaaa?!  holy crap.  I was not expecting that.   I.. I thought I was going to get punked by a boom box..
Well, noting clears a dancefloor like some breakcore.  Gonna give these slum tourists something to remember.

Music Interests roll (7d6.hits(5)=3)

As they're walking out and the music changes, you can *almost* see the wince on Mercedes' face as the breakcore starts and people leave the dancefloor and head to the bar. She recognizes the song and figures either B.B.'s in the system or the DJ's been murdered by Insect spirit-loving ork. [OOC: ;)]

@Woofer:
You quickly pay 4 covers for the team and lead Lana out of the entrance of Sonoma just in time for Hannibal not to see her.
[OOC: that'll be 60 nuyen]

@Mercedes:
As you walk up the stairs, a throng of people also decide to go some place that's playing at least half-way decent music and the whole group of you flood out of the entrance to Sonoma, the bouncer totally confused and flustered.  While you walk down the street towards the car and are a block away from Sonoma, Hannibal starts groping you with his sweaty hands and breathing quite heavily.

@B.B.:
 All it took was 30 seconds of breakcore to empty the establishment as can be seen by the camera the DJ uses that is integral to the sound system.

Mercedes leads Hannibal to the car, as she slips one hand to the gun in her pocket in case he gets too grabby.

"Mercedes is he magically active?"
I am following behind them a couple of paces and as they slide into the car I will slide in on the other side of Hannibal unless Mercedes gives me a stay back sign.

B. B.  kicks on a 2nd song as an extra "fuck you" to the slumming wage slaves, runs a quick edit scrub to remove traces of his presence, and subscribes control of the sound system back to the Matrix ID he used in his little spoof caper.  He laughs to himself as, through his UWB, he watches the skeletons of patrons moving from the bar to bathrooms and doors.  "Hahahaha... chumps..."

Turning his attention back to the matter at hand, he matches the walking spectre of Mercedes to her personal node, and takes quick stock of Hannibal.  He dials the strength of the UWB over the man's body, looking for any abnormalities, and then, once he hits the sweet spot of 15 feet from the car, he tries the Millimeter Wave scanner to see if there's anything he might have missed.  Surprise weapons are not welcome on such a simple info grab.

[OOC: Scoping out Mr. Hannibal's person.  5 Int +2 Skill +1 Betel +3 Limbic Nanites +3 Actively looking = 14d6.hits(5) → [6,1,4,2,4,4,3,6,5,6,4,5,1,6] = (6)  Naturally, you'd subtract a weapon's concealability from the end of the pool and compare to Palming + Agility if needed.

But here comes the scanner.  Can't hide from the miniwaves! 4d6.hits(5) → [1,6,2,6] = (2)  God, I love radar cyberware...

@B.B.:
Standing up in the back seat, you watch Hannibal round the corner of the block with Merecedes hanging on his arm and as you engage your scanning radar your surroundings become transparent as if you were seeing in negatives.  The only cyberware you observe are a pair of cyber-eyes and a datajack in his left temple and inside of the outline of Hannibal's trenchcoat you make out several bundles of thin ticket-stub sized datachips, most likely BTL's, placed inside various pockets, but no weapons of any sort.  You can clearly see Cynthia's form trailing the pair and before they reach the car you duck-down behind the backseat door.

@Woofer:
You let Lana go and tell her to get lost, and after you give her 50 nuyen she shuts up and walks off down Redmond Way.

Mercedes directs Hannibal towards the car, making sure everyone is in position before making her move on Hannibal to minimize the chance Hannibal will be able to get away or do something stupid. [OOC: In other words, waiting until Sludig and WTW are on the same page before this goes off.]

As they get to the car, she pushes him back against the side of the car, getting close enough so he thinks she's going to kiss him. She pulls her gun from her pocket*, pushing it into Hannibal's crotch and whispers in his ear, "Sorry, honey. It's just biz. Don't move unless you want to see if your doc's got any deals on regrowing your favorite body part**."

*Palming to draw gun from pocket (5d6.hits(5)=1)
**Con roll to convince him I'd pull the trigger if he moves. (16d6.hits(5)=3)

If possible I will slide in on the other side of Hannibal and put my taser to his back. "Even if you don't think she will you had better know I will."

Hannibal's look of anticipation suddenly becomes stone-cold and tense with fear.  "Blimey....listen, what is it that you're looking for...just let me know and i'm sure we can work this all out..."

The rest of the team converges around Hannibal who's flush against the side of Woofers car.  Cynthia grabs Hannibal by the collar and pulls him toward her enough for B.B. to open the door before she throws the BTL-pusher into the back seat.  A quick look up and down the street shows that most of any type of potentially problematic KE surveillance is focused on Redmond Way and not the side streets so you all climb in and sit there in the parked car, Cynthia and Mercedes restraining the captive.

Hannibal:  "Easy, easy....no need to get rough...like I said, i'm sure we can straighten this all out...I'm not the one you want, nobody ever has a problem with me.....It's chips you want right, well we've got a solution for that......or no wait.....you're looking for Sam aren't you, he probably owes you....well I can help you with that too."

[OOC: any of you can interrogate Hannibal about whatever you want.]

Etiquette Check to put Hannibal at ease. (17d6.hits(5)=6)

"Don't sweat it, hon. We're just looking for some information on the two runaways. The boys parents are real worried about them and just want us to bring them home safe and sound."

[OOC: Opposed etiquette roll: Charisma 4 + Perc 3 = 7 7d6.hits(5)=1.  You succeed.]

Hannibal breathes a sigh of relief and as Mercedes changes her tone he relaxes as he looks at the AR window she put in front of his face with two school pictures of the boys Germaine gave you.

Hannibal:  "Crike, all you had t'do was ask if that's all you wanted t'know!  Bloody near well gave me a heart-attack.  Those boys are friends of mine...or at least were friends of mine, I pretty much imagined something dodgy was probably going on when I didn't hear from them no more.  Last time I saw them they was needin to get to an establishment a few blocks from here called the Chalice.  I gave'em a ride into Touristville, they went off down there and that's honestly the last I ever heard from them."
