EDIT: Also just realized Walks forgot the +3 dice for the surprise.  That could potentially change the turn order, so I'll wait for a ruling on all counts before comiting to anything.

[OOC: Roll surprise on the IP that you want to act on and why don't you also roll surprise for the Crushers too..  Your surprise roll has a +3.  To summerize people's initiative attributes: Guards1&2 went down from Initiative Attribute of 12 --> 10, Shaman has Init. Att. 8.  They each have perception rolls Percep 3+Int 4 + Distracted -2 + Traceless walk&ruthenium -4=1.  So if you want to sneak up on them, roll infiltration opposed to this.  The ones that tie or get more hits get a +3 to their surprise roll.  The surprise roll only affects who you can act against or react to, and who can act or react to you for actions you take that IP only i.e. if you have a greater than or equal to surprise score as someone then you can attack/help them.  Team doesn't need to roll surprise because they know your location through AR.]

@B.B.:
[OOC: good call, so you can use your simple action to grab your baton.  You have a free action left that you can use at any time.]

@Everyone
[OOC: remember also, if you don't have low-light vision, then you get a -2 to attacks, defenses, spellcasting, and any other action that is affected by visibility modifiers.  Ultrasound incurs only -1.]

[OOC: Simple action to send the command to shut off their wires and run a full diagnostic to keep that cyber system busy.  Free action to speak.  Holding my 2nd simple action.  Also, is it still the case that I get good cover from being in the car? (see Damage and Passengers, p171 SR4a)  It's hard to keep cover and visibility straight for casting.  Ah, found it, p183 SR4a.  Cover is added to resistance rolls.   ...I wonder how that works for an active detection spell?  "I cast detect jerks."  "Well, any jerk not directly in your line of sight gets a +4 cover bonus to resist the detection."  Meh.  I leave it all to you to adjudicate.  I just doubt that Cynth could see B.B. to help him with counterspelling, what with him being in the back seat of the car.

@Everyone:
[OOC: So if you guys are delaying actions, then because of the nature of play by post, you can't do real-time table-top interrupts effectively so we're just gonna have to say that you can't interrupt retroactively, otherwise i'd have to rewind constantly.  So if you delay an action, be aware that you can't interrupt anything that happens in between your current post and your next post, or in the middle of the action in one of my posts.  Sometimes a few characters act in one of my posts so keep that in mind when you delay actions.  The exception to this would be if you laid down a clear trigger...i.e. i'll shoot when I see so-and-so turn around, etc.  The other exception is if you're rolling defense rolls or declaring Full Defense.  This isn't considered interrupting.]

@B.B:
[OOC: yes you get good cover from the car but since the window is open you're not gonna get the armor of the vehicle unless you spend a free action (you can convert up to 1 simple action into a free) to duck out of LOS into full cover.  Of course your opponent could spend a free action to move right up to the window and reacquire LOS and be point-blank.]

@Cynthia:
[OOC: nice one! 8S coming in at Shaman and he has no defense roll so rolls Body 6 + 1/2 Impact armor 3=9 9d6.hits(5)=3.  He takes 5S damage.  Now he rolls to not get knocked unconcious: Body 6 + Will 5 = 11 (3) 11d6.hits(5)=4.  I forgot to apply 1/2 impact to that roll, but he still made it.  Regardless, he has a -2 DP modifier for 4 Combat turns in addition to his wound modifiers.  Now since you decided to delay your action and you didn't specify a trigger for it, then you can't retroactively take it in between actions i've already posted.]

Your bring your black Yamaha Pulsar which is immediately visible in your crystalline hand out from behind the wall and from your crouched position you unload a round into the back of the Shaman and as you see the arcs of current emanate from the dart, he jiggles, jerks and screams but remains standing.  You think to yourself that if it wasn't for his damned armor he'd have gone down as fast as Sam, the big troll.

[OOC: Guard1's Action Phase: He unloads a narrow long burst at Woofer with a simple action.  Agility 6 + Automatics (Assault rifles) 5 + Smartlink 2 + Recoil -5 + Gasvent 3=11 11d6.hits(5)=6...ouch.  He delays his free action and his other simple action.]

[OOC: I'll say you have partial cover cuz the trunk is still open so that's a +2 to your defense.  If you go Full Defense then even though you don't have dodge, you can add your gymnastics skill.  I would advise not using rule of six edge if you want to spend edge, first roll, then use edge to reroll misses if you're gonna use it.  Rule of six is only good with dicepools of 1-3, or if you have a high edge score.  If Guard1 still gets some net hits, the damage you must resist is 6DV + net hits + 5=11DV + net hits.  To see whether it's physical or stun though, compare 6DV + net hits to your Ballistic Armor - 1 AP....if it ends up being just stun remember to apply damage overflow into physical condition monitor.]

The Bold faced one is the person's who's action phase we're currently on when the Intiative update is given.  I don't want to go to far ahead, cuz otherwise Woofer be rolling for stuff in the middle of Mercedes turn, and it'll get a little jumbled up so i'm waiting for Woofer.

[OOC:You forgot to factor in -1 recoil as well.  Taking the last 6 off your roll, that's 2 net hits.  Guard1's damage resistance: Body 7 + 1/2 Impact Armor 3=10 10d6.hits(5)=2.  8S is brought to 6S.  He rolls to not go unconscious: Body 7 + Will 3 + 1/2 Impact Arm. 3=13 (3) 13d6.hits(5)=5  He has -2 disorientation modifier for 4 combat turns in addition to wound modifiers.  That knocks his initiative score down with the -2 wound modifier and now it's Mercedes turn.  Nice save!  You have a free action left.]

As soon as you get off the first round from your Pulsar you see the Crusher closest to you and Mercedes whip around and point his smartlinked AK at her, you let off another round shifted slightly to the left in order to hit him.  The dart hits him squarely in the chest and he screams out as current arcs over him buying a little time and giving Mercedes an opening.
