Katsina's idea - about going in via mist form, but needing coordination with other people on astral and matrix overwatch - was an opening for Ohanzee to suggest using the Mindnet spell to link everyone together. I didn't have Katsina suggest it because I don't think she knows that Ohanzee has that spell. He cast it on the obelisk but she wasn't present at the time. Ohanzee may have made some references to the group about hearing voices in the artifact but I didn't go back to remind myself if he said how he heard those voices.

Doc thinks that the auto-doc will likely have some geo-fencing limitations. In other words, it won't be allowed to go outside unless it's to the emergency entrance where an ambulance might arrive. This, of course, would be in plain sight of the SecForce trooper, who might be legitimately curious why a Eurovan would drive up, an autobot would roll out, and then the two would go their own separate ways.

ICly, nobody notices anything change in the physical world. Either the SecForce guy wasn't alerted or he's just playing it extremely cool.

As for a response, if there's not a security spider on staff then one might respond from a remote location. The host will likely launch whatever IC it has available - Doc would guess Patrol for sure, if it wasn't already running, but Marker, Probe, Scramble, and Track are all possible. The spider will sweep the system looking for unusual activity. If he or she doesn't find any (which they won't in this case, since Doc didn't get inside to do anything), they will likely chalk it up to an errant sprite or a bored technomancer. (Remember that PCC has an above-average population of the Emerged.) The spider will figure that the Firewall did its job. The system will likely remain on passive alert, with Patrol IC active if it wasn't before, but no reason to call in a full response.

Ace's opinion is that Matrix threats receive Matrix responses unless there's a plausible reason to believe that there's a corresponding physical threat. This is especially true for a hospital, where the administrators would be very wary of alarming their patients unduly. No need to give Mrs. McMurphy a heart attack.

Yes, about that. That should be enough time for a spider to comb through the system, looking for anomalies. Finding none, they will likely leave the Patrol IC running and go back to whatever spiders do between alerts.

If your intention is to wait 20 minutes and try again, go ahead and resume your rolling.

Sam has mulitple SINs but I can't remember which is which.  I want to use the one that did not have the house in Aspen that had folks waiting for us at.  (Note to self: Have Doc check in on that location again next time he gets a chance)

The files Doc is looking for are going to be the billing database and the prescription database.
Data #1: Format for updating those two databases
Data #2: Looking for silent running icons (patrol IC/spiders)

The action(s) are to add Sam's SIN as a registered and paid patient subscriber, and update the prescription database with the requistion for 15 (or the most he thinks wouldn't get flagged as suspicious enough to have extra checks on) pints of blood to be picked up in 15 minutes at the prescription counter in the hospital.

Out of curiosity, did we ever look further into the AR game on Chino's phone? I wonder if there was a history of locations where the game had been played that might help fill in some holes as far as potential places where he might live, or the exact dig location, etc. I'd suggest it in IC, but I don't know that the other characters are aware of its existence.
