Smiles, for those not intrimately familiar with magic, what's the resistance pool for mass agony?

(Also, friendly reminder that wound modifiers, in addition to penalizing all non-resistance tests, also impacts initiative :) if Merae doesn't have one after Yelena's bullet, then she is a far tougher keeb than I expected)

Hmm....based off Yelena's declaration of base 9P...plus two net hits gives 11P...take away the five soak leaves Merae taking 6P damage.  Unless she has the High Pain Tolerance quality or something similar, that is 2 wounds (-2 to all dice except resist/soak)

New initiative would be 11.  After Feathers.

Oooh.  I net hit means 1 P and 1 S damage, meaning she is now -1 on init

The threshold is 4 and Yelena got three so she is almost there.  Use my edge to reroll misses.

Ok.  That is better.  Yelena sees the mage and will have a better chance to hurt her next pass.

The mage has cast two sustain spells and her dice pool should be down the force of both spells to keep them going.  Additionally her spells were a complex action and she might not have moved far.
Arc is before Yelena in the second pass.  I intend to shoot again, but would like to see what Arc does first.
