@red - Yeah, I'm down with that. I see you have a Fixer with connection 5, as do I. If you haven't given him a name yet, perhaps you can use Kwan Oh-seong (aka "The Whisper") and we could have had a few jobs together through him. This would be in place of having John be your "bad boy", though that could also fit. I'm playing him as young and idealistic, and basically someone who is trying to be a good guy, so he wouldn't project a Bad Boy image, but as he does get into more than his fair share of fights, it would be easy to see how some parents would come to that conclusion.


Let me know which of these you like more and we'll run with that.

If John wasn't college-bound with SK and a declared major of engineering he would be a bad boy to Soraya's parents.  STEM ftw, job prospects, respectability, etc.  Let's go with John as the bad-boy, and the Whisperer as the first Fixer he introduced Soraya to.  Will update my last IC post to reflect that he was the fixer who tipped her off to the job.

Also, I'm going to play it that Soraya and John haven't seen each other in awhile, so she will be a bit cold to start.

Just a note for anyone looking up Yako, searching her appearance should bring up her real identity fairly easily (obvious features like fur make her very easy to find on the matrix), however searching for someone awakened with her appearance should muddle things a bit as she doesn't publicly flaunt her magic.

Alright. As he doesn't have Astral Perception, he'll likely have no knowledge of you then. You are somewhat memorable due to your low physical stats, so maybe, but I'm going to assume that you are rarely out of your vehicle in public anyway, so he's going to recognize the ride, but not you (assuming you come out to play).
