I am not sure IT can do anything herself, but she bring with her 3 spirits.
Astral Initiative: 16+2d6 23

Chase - f5 air: 14+2d6 21
Ms. Grace f5 man: 12+2d6 18
Mr. T f5 man: 12+2d6 16
his last service will be expended to fight this combat - a shame because I really liked him.

Sabato... just so you know, you're asking a non-boosted initiative player with moderate riding skill to give chase to someone already outside Assault Rifle range... and assuming I do somehow manage to catch up, I need to roll a 4 or higher on my initiative dice to get a second action phase to actually do anything.

I can drive, you can throw some mojo.Got 8 dp for driving tests and 11+3d6 initiative
It's probably best this way, since LOS is better, no need to actually close the distance.

BTW You are right to  inform me about your char's powers/weaknesses but Sabato only knows what he sees or you tell him IC.As far as he is concerned he asks an awakened professional to help him chase an enemy.He has no reason not to ask.

So jump in the car, leaving an expensive sports bike unattended with a highly illegal modified pistol hidden in the carry case? Yeah, Yako isn't doing that, the checks finding something like that would bring would hit her real SIN...

No,I mean let Sabato drive the bike.

Car stays where it is, IT and drones as well.

No need to agree though,  we are a newly formed team, such disagreements are expected

At which point the bike is overloaded and loses stats needed for a chase... not to mention the back of the bike already has the carry case so that would need to be removed for two people to sit on it. Also IT is in Astral away from her body so we'd be leaving her completely defenseless... think we're just going to have to accept that this one got away.

 Sabato doesnt actually know Yako has a carry case on her bike that prevents a second rider.As for IT she will have 3 drones to protect her.

Our enemy, he is at -2 penalty on all actions..

Feel free to disagree with Sabato IC, since in his mind this is a logical course of action.

Three drones wired to her brain, when her mind is elsewhere... I somehow doubt it's possible to control drones while astrally projecting.

I don't know what's the point of continuing this OOC discussion but anyway...
Sabato has marks on the drones.
He has used small unit tactics and has ordered the drones to form  a diamond around the car.Moreover Sabato gave  the drones clear instructions to protect IT.Unless directed otherwise, the drones will be able to follow such commands.

Unless another strike force attacks , she is protected.

Sabato, take the car and IT will join you after ordering the spirits.
I mean ... you need a rigger for the chase.
Or better - you also have a flying eye drones. hard to escape these little guys... hard to even notice they follow you.

@gilga

that could work, but Sabato has no way of knowing that IT will be able to return from Astral and help him in time.
Since we're a newly formed team, it will take some time before we can match player knowledge with character knowledge about each other :P

@Scytheknight

See?A cool rp scene was created due to our disagreement ;)

Yeah well - if you do not end up chasing him, I'd follow him with a flying eye.

*chuckles* yeah, just wanted to mention it OOC because wasn't quite sure of you realized Yako's limitations... but the RP gave a chance to show off how much Sabato unnerves Yako.

Your prisoner simply gives you a casual glance just before you strike him unconscious, submitting willfully to the inevitable.  At no point during any of this has he displayed any real concern over his predicament.
Yeah, this concerns me. Inhabitation or possession spirit? His attributes (based on rolls, and strictly OOC) are a little low for that. Part of a plan? It seems he'd still be a little concerned we might kill him. Suicidal, or just generally apathetic about his life? Maybe. Brainwashed cult member? Where I'm putting my money now, but it still doesn't add up (OOC) since Siren said they were another team of runners - which is odd since toxic mages usually shun companionship.

Either way, it seems significant and James is perceptive enough that he'd notice it seemed odd, but neither James nor I really have much idea what it means.
