I never get a chance to run but I've recently been in my creativity zone. Here are some ideas to start a street level campaign that could be ran from both sides. Feel free to add color and fill in the blanks, spread it out or add some more. I'm working on finding motivation for the team like sticking to your roots, but what ever you find that works could help. Enjoy!

Save The Shadows
The Corporation's upper management are tired of living in the city and want to expand into the suburbs and have there sights set on Redmond. The only problem is that it's inhabited with squatters, gangs and Shadowrunners. They plan on gentrifying the Barrens by enlisting the help of Lonestar, local gangs and even Shadowrunners, all for a profit for there retirement home.
Runs:
Moths to the Flame- Lonestar holds an Amnesty Day offering money for guns and other illegal items. Attempting to disarm the SINless. Cops turn around a give guns to gangs.
Dead Men and Sinners- The staff and clergy of a local nonprofit church that runs a soup kitchen for the homeless disappear. May have sold out to the Corporations or blackmailed into leaving.
A Second Opinion-   Squatters from a few of the shanty towns are not returning to where the lay their heads. Most say they found work and moved on but a local street doc has a different idea.
Rose of the Devils Garden- A Runner's contact that runs a legitimate business got an eviction notice. The contacts friend, an herbalist, also received one and now her garden is corrupted.
The Devils Drive- The streets rumble as a building topples to the ground. The team must catch up to whoever is blowing up buildings and stop them only to find that 3 more bombs are set to go off.
Under A Killing Moon- The SINless of the Barrens stage a large protest against the Corporation that's building an office in their neighborhood. A gang has been hired to turn it into a riot leading to a massacre.

This can set up for other adventures to stick it to the man.

Isn't this what the Universal Brotherhood did to get their victims?

The soup kitchen? Well in part, yeah. The UB were masquerading as a religion or at least a cult.
Religious organizations tend to this kind of feed the poor thing. It's either big in their ideology, good press, or both.

An additional idea, I think, would be to actively steal from the Corp (as it's moving in and vulnerable, naturally) certain items that they would use to drive people out or build themselves up. Make it clear it's high-risk, high-reward for a Street Level campaign.
Name - Steal from the Rich...

I am currently running a one on one campaign with a slightly higher powered Shadowrunner. Do you mind if I borrowed some of these ideas to instead of running them for a street level team for a shadow vigilante type runner and maybe post some playreports should it work out decently well? :).
