Do skillwires still work in a cyberlimb?

(also, if anyone has any tips on how to build mega man in sr5 I'd really appreciate it.)

technically, a Cyberlimb has nothing else. :P
So that, that ought to work. :P

Same as building Robocop, FBR (full body replacement). I suggest at least alpha grade, beta is better, and dreaming of delta grade for quality. Given that four limbs and torso costs 5.5 essence, alpha grade means you can install 7.45 essence points of ware, beta grade gets 8.5, and delta grade gets 11.95 points. As you can see, higher grades mean more capabilities can be added. Worst opposition I have ever created for my runners was a group of four humans with delta grade FBR (customized and enhanced to the max), maxed reflexes paired with reaction enhancers, smart linked eyes, wearing heavy military armor, using Ares Alphas. Can you say "oh drek, run away yesterday!" They did.
Spooky, what do you do this pass? Shoot him with my thunderstruck gauss rifle. (Rolls)  8 hits. Does that blow his head off?

Multiple Spellcasting (Manaball) x2. Lather, rinse, repeat as needed.

Well, given that they could be built with a 2 in both strength and agility, that means that their will was pretty high (5, iirc). Hard to get those manaballs to do enough damage to take them all down fast enough to matter, though that's a better choice than powerball.
