Throwing weapons and smartlink

I made a new character with a friend of mine and he ended up being a Sioux Warrior Adept, a throwing weapon and melee specialist. Then we went over to the wireless section of throwing knives and saw that interesting tidbit about throwing the knives in concert with a smartlink system. Now, should I let this kind of thing apply to other weaponry as well? For example he has some throwing tomahawks. I'd personally agree to giving the +1 bonus for throwing the tomahawks (and the knives too, maybe, if only throwing one knife?)

Also, what's the general opinion about the retrievability of throwing weapons? If it hits, it should be retrievable, right? Should I start throwing a die if they miss and hit a wall, for example a knife would break on a 1? If thrown in outside in the woods or such, a hard perception test might be necessary or it might just be impossible to find a knife. I'd be more lenient as a GM with the tomahawks though, they're kind of expensive after all. And more easy to find again, I'd believe.

I'd suggest they are pretty unlikely to break, it is a lump of a material hard enough to pierce armour after all !

For finding them I'd suggest a perception test based on the situation. They might even consider attaching RFID tags, and switching the wireless on just before use (change device mode free action), so they can then be found trivially with a commlink (assuming they haven't thrown them more than 100m).

While we are on the topic of thrown weapons..  I have not been able to find any mention of how many knives/shuriken you can throw in one combat action and what it does to your dice pool..  I see the note about how you can ready Agility/2 but nothing about how many I can throw..

If I have a 6 agility and ready 3 throwing knives, can I throw all three with my pool split 3 ways (second knife getting +1 die and third knife getting +2 dice if wireless is on).

You can make up to [half your combat skill] attacks per action phase, with the multiple attacks action.

The buff also stack during the entire combat turn. If you throw another wireless knife in your second initiative pass in the same combat turn you get +3 dice...

Number of knives you can throw in a single attack action is limited by the number of throwing knives you have ready and your throwing weapon skill / 2 [round up]

I played a troll throwing specialist at gencon last year, for missions, I found that it was never an issue I was happy enough throwing 1 Knife a turn at 21 dice and base damage of 10p -1. Only thing that survived more than one knife was a high force earth elemental. Some times to my detriment hard to interrogate someone who just had a knife pass through their skull.
