I pre-ordered Run Faster around December, and then proceeded to put it out of my mind because the anticipation of having my book was likely to drive me insane. And then I did actually forget about ordering it between life, work, etc. This realization hit me last night, it had been 3 months and that the release date had to be getting close, so I started searching around online. I came across this page http://www.shadowruntabletop.com/2015/02/catalyst-february-shadowrun-street-dates/ and a little panic began to set in, its been 2 weeks since the street date, and I assume it should ship before the street date. I haven't received an update from battlecorps but at the same time, I don't think I ever have... I checked and my original 5th LE package I bought still says its processing. So I was curious if anyone else has received their LE/Physical Copies of Run Faster yet ?

I'm in the same boat, pre-ordered from battleshop, and it's says processing.  I've emailed twice about it to no response.

Yep, emailed them as well with no response... Anyone have a contract number for them ? All I could find was the customer service email.

Battleshop fulfillment is done by a third party...weak at best. Last time I pre-ordered and Ltd Ed version from them, it didn't arrive until the better part of a month after the book had been available in stores. I've also had fulfillment bang on time...one never really knows. I've pretty much decided that I won't order physical products direct anymore (unless exclusive).

Well aren't the Ltd Ed copies exclusive to the Battleshop ? If there is somewhere else I will start going with them from now on.

No, they're not...

I got my last one from an online shop here in the US and have seen them in an FLGS up in Canada. Can't say that this will always be the case, but in general, I get my PDFs from Battleshop, ltd editions from an online FLGS and regular hard copy from Amazon or local FLGS. Generally cheaper and avoids the customer service challenges that can pop up.

I wish I'd ordered from Amazon... I ordered from Battlecorps a week ago with 2 day priority but still nothing and the replies from customer service are that they will look into it.

I could not trace the order and so I requested it reship asap.
I have not heard back my email to them was 3/3/15 and I believe I should hear today.
I will notify your account as soon as I get the tracking information.

What voodoo magic did you perform to get them to answer your email? I've sent 2 or 3 emails and have gotten no response.

I just quoted my order number..

And they never reply to email replies so I just sent different email subjects with the number, so: "Concerning order #123456" then "Order #123456" then "Order #123456 Still waiting"

They responded to my email yesterday, saying they couldn't track it and would send out another copy. Oddly, the book arrived in the post that day. Thankfully I was able to email them before they sent me another copy.
