They responded to my email yesterday, saying they couldn't track it and would send out another copy. Oddly, the book arrived in the post that day. Thankfully I was able to email them before they sent me another copy.

How long ago did you email them ? I have emailed them several times this week with no responses yet.

They are extremely bad about responding. I made an order back in January on the 14th, and have sent around 6 to 8 emails asking for status. The last email I stated I was going to dispute the charge because I had not received my package. That was about a week and a half ago, and due to work I have been really busy so I had not called my bank yet to dispute the charge. I received my order yesterday. Just under two months after ordering and constantly asking for updates.  Good luck. I will not be ordering from Battleshop.net any more, and if this poor service continues I don't care how great of a game you have Catalyst will start to loose business.

I completely agree, I love shadowrun but this is leaving a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Why does Catalyst continue to allow this company to do their pre orders with the poor customer service they have ?

This has been going on for a while.   I ordered War! and Vice a few years back from them and when the order got here only War! was in the box.  It took several emails and almost 2 weeks to get a response. Now they did send me my missing copy of Vice but that was still they last time I ordered a physical book from them.

Picked up my copy today after I got done work. Only had time to flip though it a bit a read a little of the "Domestic Disturbance " Short story.

I still haven't received my copy or got a reply from customer service. I've sent 3 or 4 emails now since 3/6 and no replies. The subject lines were 'order ###', 'Concerning Order ###', etc.

I know I've seen some different people having trouble with orders on the forums in the past getting some help getting in contact with the Catalyst team in situations like this. Is anyone still around that might have a way to contact someone dealing with the pre-ordered stuff from battleshop ? I would really appreciate it.
