With a few points in Streets and Gangs for Jacksonville and a decent Etiquette rating, I imagine Viso is able to 'dress down' for the occasion.  He isn't going up to their door wearing his Synergist, but he's not going in gang wear.  Probably something that says he's some middle class schmuck looking for a good time, he can afford what he's looking for, but he's not entirely in his element.

Something like nice blue jeans and a grey t-shirt, a blue ball cap, boots that look 'right' for the streets, but are too new and too nice a brand, and his armored vest.

But is just wearing his Armor vest underneath his hoodie jacket. He has a hat on and looks like an average gamer from an arcade. He might look a little odd, considering how hot it's going to get, but looking at the style of the jacket and pants, it appears to be more of a fashion statement than a practical attire. He is rep'in' his favorite anime and games.

Considering his lifestyle, his clothes aren't the neatest or nicest, so he might blend in as a btl user or the sort.

Marcus is dressed as FP for the meet-up. If the meet-up had been with a proper Mr Johnson then he'd have dressed smart but as it is he's dressed in green fatigues that look like they remember what a good ironing was like, green t-shirt with a biker jacket over the top. The biker jacket is pretty standard and has the stats of an armoured vest. It is black with a couple of white lines as detailing. There are no identifiable gang signs on it but could be mistaken for a Krubb Force jacket, as they have no gang signs, if it wasn't for the greens underneath. Also - Marcus doesn't speak Or'zet.

As for palming... 1 DP on that one... Won't risk a crit glitch. The best I have is that my pistol is in a concealable holster. As for where it is, it's simply on his back under his jacket.

Marcus is carrying his Ares III and 2 swords. The two swords are together in a single sheath on the inside of the back of his coat. The Ares is in the front of his trousers (pants) not concealed by anything but the jacket. In one hand is a scrunched up, small soft-sided bag that looks like it contains nothing. It has 1 flash bang in it. He has a flash pack in a pocket in the small of his back.

Again, no roll needed. If it weren't as wet as it is, VERY likely, you'd estimate. It being this damn wet though, downgrade to "quite likely"

How likely will an altercation on the steps be heard in doors?
How likely will one in doors be heard outdoors?

The front door is wide open as are the front two windows. You estimate VERY likely on both counts unless some extreme ninja shit goes down.
