Scipio will discretely ask around his contacts or in general people they know if anyone ever had trouble with the Sai-Baba-temple or has any connections they could use. Furthermore, he will carefully inspect the tempel-area, (only casual things like going thew when they distribute food for the poor - if they do that - nothing that raises too much suspicion ) looking for clues where for example child-acolytes come and go, things like that. He will have nightmares about the predator and probably get quite paranoid over it

This is obviously the moment, where we have to make decision IC-wise AND OOC-wise. So, how you react now is how we proceed. There are options as follow:

• We continue the madness around the temple people. We try and save Bikki and maybe some of the others. This is probably too big for this group, but it might prove fun anyway.
• We bring Bikki to some place he likes (the temple ;-) ) and start another Street Scum chapter.
• We quit.

It's all up to you!

I like the scenario, but I expect Riker to perish in the attempt to take on this organisation.
So I say, distribute a bit of Karma and let's play out the inevitable demise of the heroic street rats against the power of a corp.

I just came up with a fourth option: The street rats try and get their hands on a lot of money and pay professionals, and we then play the professionals ;-)

I'd prefer to play a professional because without money or magic all are characters are mechanically very similar. gun skill, some socials etc.

Hiring/playing professionals sounds good to me. Very good in fact 

Only problem is that I am really busy studying for an important exam right now, so I don't have that much time and braincapacity to spare for shadowrun. So creating a new runner might take me quite a while.

But, should I really need much more time to create a runner than you guys need, maybe my character can just jump in a few days later, I guess if we play professionals we don't have to fear dying on the first day
