Pretty damn good rolling there.  Phoenix is able to piece together that Minami is assembling a team of yaks to go trash a taco stand.  The "Little Brother" Minami is talking to apparently hasn't been on the ball enough with the expected "donations" to the yaks, and now Minami feels as though his underling may be too chummy with a source of income.  Minami will be picked up from the Heron at the specified time, and the "Little Brother" will be driving him and the crew to make an example.

OK, so I know that's a constellation of some sort. I'm pretty sure Wraith, with a Logic of 8, would know that's a constellation. If I need to roll something, here's a LOG default roll.

While Wraith's paranoia is healthy, the more she thinks about the message being Matrix Overwatch on Minami's link, the less sure she becomes that's the only logical outcome.  If there is a spider, s/he may have tried to MARK and Trace Icon Wraith's deck. 

Wraith also notes that constant matrix overwatch of this type would be very expensive for the yaks, though it's possible spiders go to work when yak business is about to be conducted.  On the other hand, aren't they making payoffs and pickups and shaking down the good hardworking folks of the DFW all day, and if so, could they provide overwatch for a group that big?

FYI: Not sure if you have Data Trails, but they actually have rules now about tracing a MARK back to its source. In Core, it isn't possible unless you already recognize the MARK.

I'm going to slip into HS/VR to try to spot Minami's commlink and see if it rebooted or if he just shut it down entirely.

I don't have Data Trails yet.  Is it worth it?  What kind of content is the focus? 

So, you can now trace the location of the device that has a MARK on a piece of your gear?  That's interesting.  Kinda surprising too, for me at least.

ETA: Wraith is able to spot Minami's commlink when she tries again.
