I personally think you're underselling the stats on Handling and Armor, and overselling the Speed. Body and armor values changed dramatically and without much clear direction between SR4 and SR5, so that one is very much up in the air. Attached is a quick comparison of SR4 and SR5 core rulebook bikes; I'd use the following stats for the Revolution.
Handling: 6/4
The SR4 version has the highest base Handling at +3, so I'd make it the highest handling bike in SR5 short of the off-road nature of the Growler
Speed: 3
SR4 version had a speed of 120 which is easily translatable to the rating 3 SR5 attribute, same as the SR4 Speed 120 HD Scorpion.
Acceleration: 2
With the SR4 version falling between the Dodge Scoot and the HD Scorpion at 15/25, the closest match is the SR5 Scorpion at rating 2.
Body: 5
Both SR4 Body 6 bikes (Growler and Mirage) got a Body 5 in SR5
Armor: 9
This one is anyone's guess, but given the semi-enclosed nature I'd give it a value like the Scorpion. There's nearly no correlation between armor values in SR4 and SR5, with the relatively low AV SR4 Scorpion getting the highest AV 9 in SR5.
