So, from the Return Safe page, the office building is, once again, the top map.  North is the left side of the map.  The main lobby that you guys entered is the bottom room at the center and the receptionist had the office just over that, a very large room for a receptionist.

There is little ambient 'Noise' in this region.  There does not appear to be any faraday issues in the building.  The noise you may be suffering from is literal distance noise, based on your position not he map and where they are in the building, and one point of noise from spam (you are next to the mall).

I made up the name of the councilman so please just insert the real name if you happen to have it.  She would have talked to him and several other high society types at the recital in an effort to steer the conversation to tax and income shelters.  All of her statements are 99% true, just in case there is some sort of lie detection ability going on.

I rolled a non-Edged Con test for Tanya, opposed by a judge intentions roll.

It was a non-Edged Roll using Tanya's Cha -1 as a defaulted roll (Tanya doesn't have the Con skill).  However, I added bonus die for the work done the previous night and all of the prep.

If Tanya would have pre-edged let me know.  I will post the results pending the answer to that question.

It a Club in downtown popular with Runners. They have rooms in the back for many private runner meetings.
