I don't think Tanya knows that Kumiho has changed her information in the files they have, but would it not be better to just leave it?  She is a pretty public person and moves in society circles.  The information about her is pretty much public knowledge.  It might look odd to have that information changed.

There are ergonomic office chairs.  The desks are big and bulky and have workstations on top of them.

No one outside has seen anything to indicate anything awry.
