Redline Sneaking Roll: 2 hits out of 12 Dice Pool (yuck)

Everyone seems to be holding actions until... out of the hospital comes Jujin, Whiskey, and Raiden, pushing the cart towards the ambulance.

As the round comes to an end, someone who was holding an action fires a shot:

5 Hits, and Whiskey is caught Unaware by the Ares Desert Strike.  That's 18P v-4.  Wearing only Rapid Transit, Whiskey takes it hard.

Everyone but Raiden notices the Sniper on the roof.  Only Jujin sees the second one taking up position.

It's a new initiative round, so everyone give me initiative!

I'll try a charisma plus will roll (15 dice threshold 3) to be able to attack the first sniper with a disabling attack.  Assuming that I make it, I'll cast clout at force 10 (12 dice to attack, 15 dice to resist a drain of 7). Do 10 + net successes AP 10 I'll use edge of 5 on the attack roll to post edge, and if I take more than one box of drain, I'll use edge to post roll for drain. 
If I don't make my roll to be able to do a disabling attack, I'll cast chaos instead in basically the same format.

You overcame the Cat Mentor limitation.  You get 5 hits on your clout attack.  The sniper is 'engaged in combat' so even though he has no way to know you are there or see you or know your casting, he gets a defense roll.  Only 3 hits.

He is going to be taking 12S v-10.

But your drain:

1 Stun.

From actions before you have used 2 Edge and had 2 Physical, so now you have used 2 Edge, are at 1 Stun and 2 Physical.

The sniper reacts by firing at the source of the spell.  Without taking time to aim, he fires, also scoring 5 Hits.  Cherie tries to roll out of the way but only gets 4 Hits.  Does she opt to lose 10 Initiative to go full defense (and get 8 more dice)?  If so then she is missed.  If not then she gets hit for 13P v-4, soaking 6 and taking 7P.

Go ahead and make the IC post as you like :)

Unjust to make sure, the shooter did take the -6 dice not being able to see me.  While he can definitely know about where I am, he still shouldn't be able to actually see me, and I've been taking the -2 dice for sustaining invisibility.
If that doesn't change anothing, then yes I'll go on full defense. Let me know where I am in the initiative order after deciding.

Juju needs to roll his defense, which is Reaction + Intuition.  He can also burn 10 Initiative to proc his Agile Defender and add Agility to that roll (it's currently at 9 due to his Attribute Boost).

Redline will line her sights up with the outline of the sniper on the hospital's roof and utilize her cybereyes' thermographic vision to assist in spotting the enemy shooter. She'll fire at the target during her next pass unless the enemy does anything that would cause her to reconsider. She manages 7 hits when it comes time to fire. http://orokos.com/roll/329429

Ravener uses a Simple Action to Take Aim at the sniper who just shot (that he can see), then fires a 3 round burst on the sniper with his EBR.  Assuming the target is within 350m (penalty negated by Take Aim with Vision Magnification), he rolls 11d6[8] (Agility 3, Sniper 7, Smartgun 1) for 6 hits (http://orokos.com/roll/329549).  Base Damage is 10S(e) with AP -5.

Neither of you hit your targets.  Redline is pretty certain her's should have been on target, but it was like it was deflected... magic, maybe?

Raiden continues to push the cart while Jujin has picked up Whiskey.

Three individuals pop come out from the far right, using vehicles for cover and moving into position.  They look armored and are armed with some manner of Assault Rifle.  If you have to make a guess, they are Ares Alphas.

Cherie casts Opium Den at the three emerging High Threat Response Assault members.

She gets 9 hits on the Force 6 spell, pre-edged.  Each of them got 2 hits on their resistance.

They all drop to the ground for the duration of the sustainment of this spell, in the throes of ULTIMATE pleasure.

And Cherie makes her drain roll entirely.

The two snipers are aiming at the snipers that just shot at them, one each at Redline and Ravener:

Redline and Ravener both need to make defense rolls, and determine if you want to pre or post edge or whatever.

Meanwhile, something makes itself known to Cherie!

A clout spell cast at Force 8 with 5 hits towards Cherie.  She rolls 18 Dice to defend (this includes her counter spelling) and just rolls out of the way.

Putting Mark on Fire alarm on other side of building from team.  (15d[7]  Hit my limit at 7 hits...http://orokos.com/roll/320120).  I then trigger the fire alarm.  Note that I was in the host prior to this.   I then search the surrounding area for any KE vehicles/drones matrix icons (Matrix Perception 6d[5]  4 this  http://orokos.com/roll/320121).  If I see any I will put AR flags on them so the team can keep track of them. I will then switch to AR and get my rifle ready.  Note that I do have a silencer and am loaded with Stick and Shock.

This was earlier, with 4 hits on the Matrix Perception I should have known that there were icons running silent there.  This was before I started looking specifically for KE vehicles.  I think it kind of got overlooked.
