Which makes no sense to me that they didn't reprint it in Run & Gun. In 4th edition it was a part of arsenal just like the vibroblade and knife.

This theme has been brought up often enough, already.
The author thought it would be included in R&G. Yes, it was an error and yes it could have been avoided.
