I've been debating that. Technically he could wake up after an hour (when he's had a chance to heal some Stun damage) but given the late hour and the trauma to his system (Physical drain damage) I'm inclined to have him sleep all night. Everyone else will be on watch and/or sleeping in the meantime. Ohanzee has first watch (say to 1am) while Katsina has second watch (to 7am). Sunrise is a few minutes after 7am.

I'll post ICly soon that advances us to daybreak, where Bear will have some thoughts for Sam before departing with the sunrise. Stun damage will be healed, but Sam will need another 12 hours or so before he can start unloading his boxes of Physical damage. Katsina's Mana Bind spell will be gone, since she can't sustain it while sleeping, so Sam will be free to go on a rampage at his earliest convenience.

Not that it's terribly relevant,  but Ohanzee will avoid being physically near Sam and watch over him and the camp from the astral while safely physically ensconced in the nice warm (ish) van.

That's actually the view from my office. I was at the office late because it was easier to wait for traffic to die down than to fight my way through it right after work.

Mal, is Ohanzee going to send a spirit or is he going to speak up in favor of a courier or other approach?

1 last point to consider on our plan is thati would feel a lot new comfortable with some ballistics masks and extra ammo before people come calling which necessitates a trip to the city -- and presumably to folks who can fill those needs. Not sure if it's feasible but it's worth thinking about.

I was wondering about this but worried that it would be too "broken" for Tec to go for it.

ETA: Sam's ammo issue is a big concern. I feel confident with our team in melee, but fighting in the woods necessitates a lot of caseless lead to throw down range.

Ohanzee will cave to the majority, he just needs a location for the spirit to drop it off at.

Recharging a clip should be a non-event for the vehicle. If you needed to do multiple clips or if the vehicle was low on fuel then maybe it would be something to pay attention to but in this case I don't see a need to nix it.

Following the shopping spree at the sporting goods store, the group has ¥2,420 remaining by my tally. That's certainly enough to purchase several ballistic masks but maybe not tailor them extensively. Sam would need Chemical Protection 2 on his to prevent it from melting. The space blankets are a convenient way to prevent him from wearing a full chem suit (or running around nekkid) all the time, but proper armor needs proper protection to maintain its protective properties.

As for a location, discussion open. Did someone suggest a dead drop around the corner from the office? Katsina liked that idea.

We do have masks.  I'm thinking something in the +2 armor variety.
