Run and Gun doesn't have too much that'll be useful to you - but it does have fancy armored clothing. Those are good, and you should probably look at that (slightly more expensive than the basic armors though). Run Faster and Data Trails will have more you can use (although, regrettably, Data Trails isn't terribly good for Technomancers in that regard).

Like Zelda said, you're going to need some wheels - a bike, at least.

I was under the assumption Technomancers don't need Trodes, Image Links, AR gloves and the like. Unless you have those so you can fake being a decker (which is not a bad idea).

All the discussion about fading resist dice is kind of a non-issue at the moment: You don't have the Software skill, so you can't do Complex Forms. You should probably fix that first. (Well, you can still get fading from Sprites, but still - get Software!). In the same vein, you don't have Hacking skill - while you can always let your sprites do all the work, I feel you should at least be somewhat competent in that yourself.
How did you divide your skill points btw?
You are correct in the trodes and such are for faking being a decker. As for skills, I think I will do some reworking, at least a little bit. Changed skills around to give him some weaker skill with his gun and computer, but now he has software and hacking. Sold off some APDS rounds and bought a scooter, and rearranged his attributes a bit.
Run inspirations shamelessly taken from a good friend's blog linked to the side. ~ Shadow

In what way is a technomancer with 14-30 dice in defense "squishy"?

If you have 2-3 willpower, yes, you're squishy. You don't have much over base stun track, you have mostly nothing in any matrix defense test you can go up against or matrix/fade damage resistance. If you end up having to jack out or are dumped in any other way, you're going to be out of it for seven or eight minutes. Thats a pretty long time to be out of it. You might get addicted to hotsim VR, or if following some of my other strategies (Namely, taking drugs) addicted to all kinds of drugs. You also have a slower time healing. Even in just the meat world, more Will power is better, due to your ability to use full defense. If that is your only action, so be it. You'll live longer, possibly long enough to escape.

Some of the cooler things with a Technomancer with high will power.. Blowing the snout out of Spirits. NEIJIA is an anti-spirit martial art attack, that could very easily allow a technomancer to kill spirits, even with his piss poor physical stats.

Concepts are great, but implementation sucks. Why not improve it?
