Well, we COULD tell you, but then we'd have to kill all your characters.  Continuously.  And that would get tedious.

I really don't know, but here is my personal guess:
"My Country, 'Tis of Thee"
The lyrics are quite neutral in regards to historic events, so it doesn't exclude the American or Canadian part of the UCAS.
Further, it caters to the Anglo identity, which both parts of the UCAS share and which distingiuishes them from their mortal enemies - the NAN, who dub all the people in the UCAS as Anglos, regardless of their actual heritage.
I'm neither American nor Canadian though, so I do not know how the actual feelings about this song would be.

For the CAS (obviously):
"I Wish I Was in Dixie"

I am sure the Corps ran a huge year-long reality contest show ala "UCAS Idol" or more properly, the old Eurovision contest. Something stupid and sappy came out of it, with kind of lyrics 14 year-old girls love to vote for. Probably called All the Love or something similarly drekky.

Plus it allows the British characters to point out that it uses the tune of their National Anthem so UCAS is tacitly acknowledging that they are still one of the colonies.   :P

Oh drek!  You mean that thing survives until the 2070s!

Wyrm old bean, the new "Europa Panmusicka 2075" was nothing but a corporate war zone. Of course, with the utter Balkanization of the continent, it is really no wonder. Half of England is actually Fey-held, the other half has splintered, France is mostly a hell hole, Germany has reverted to the 1615's, and don't get me started on the PIGS or the actual Balkans. When the contest was restarted in 2034, it was pretty much Saeder-Krupp versus the other Big Seven. Europa Panmusicka is one of the areas it is safe to compete with Lofwyr. I remember doing a run for Dunklezahn back in 2055 that resulted in S-K's lock on the contest going to hell, and the Novatech-backed Herbrides pulling an upset. Dunklezahn got a good laugh at the expense of his "cousin", I got a big payday, and man was Berlin swinging back then. And I still worked a job for S-K 6 months later, and several more since. Now days, it is all about Matrix runs, hacking audio files and such. It is a rare year when a Mr. J comes along with a good old-fashioned kidnapping of contestants, or putting salmonella in someone's Choco-Pops, or even contaminating someone's make-up to spell rude words across their forehead. Sigh. Hell, half the UCAS anthem was in fraggin' French, as they were hoping to retain those Goddess-damned Quack-Beckions back then. That and 14 year-old girls love voting for songs that are half in fraggin' French. Sigh.

Mr. Black, I would be amused, and might have even believed you, if you'd bother to fact-check.

No half of England is 'Fey-held'; you MIGHT be thinking Great Britain, but Ireland was a lost cause anyhow, and you should be careful how you talk about Wales or Scotland.  And Novatech didn't exist in 2055; it was still Fuchi.

Well played WO, and challenge accepted. I will respond in either the Secret History or elsewhere in the lounge.

However, until proven otherwise, I still believe the UCAS Anthem is "All the Love (Belong to Me)", and that the melody is very, very similar to that hummed by a purple dinosaur...

Obviously it's Dixie Land... why would "I wish I was in Dixie" be the anthem when they are in Dixie?

I'd venture something more along the lines of "The night they drove ol' Dixie down".
