Since Krestov waited for somebody coming through the door, which nobody did, I guess that counts as a Delayed Action that never came to pass.

And yes, Woden has a pretty potent Increase Reflexes Spell going - after you have dealt with him, I'll give you the cliff notes on his built and hopefully once again emphasize why having Astral Perception is so important

Correction: It should be Adrenalin Boost (the adept power) that raises Woden's Ini to 41

Also, the House pilot has Ini Ini: 10+4d6 27 [4d6=6, 1, 4, 6]
which you can set to 17, since it keeps up the full matrix defense.
