Any sense enhancement provided by cyberware or bioware can be provided by this power, unless that enhancement either gives you bonus dice  to
Perception Tests or needs wireless to work (or both).

So what new toys do adepts have?
Well Increased hearing spectrum.
Possibly Audio Analyzer
Possibly Eye Light System
Possibly Spider Eyes
Possibly Additional Eye Mount
Hearing Expansion again,.
Possibly - Reception enhancer

Anything else I missed that could be a possible maybe?
Concepts are great, but implementation sucks. Why not improve it?

Eye Light is not a sense, it's the ability to mage a cybereyes act like a tiny flashlight.

Spider Eyes is not a sense, it's a cybernetic eye cluster.

Eye mounts are not a sense, it's a mount for another freaken cybereye.

I was going by some very loose. Hence Possibility. The only one I could say for sure is of course the expanded hearing range. I'll admit I didn't read the eye mount thing, I thought it was actually a totally new eye thing allowing you to see out your rump if you needed to. Which could be a sense for the Adepts. But the other ones, I can up with an argument of why its not a sense.

Audio Analyzer is not a sense - Its a device that processes audio information.
reception enhancer is not a sense - Again its a bit of fleshy stuff that processes information, allowing one to filter out things.

[X] is not a sense
Doesn't matter. Just whether or not it's a sense enhancement. One that doesn't provide bonus dice to perception, and doesn't need wireless.

Radar sensor? Seems far fetched, but it is an implanted sense in that it measures "the Doppler shift between the user and the surrounding area, within a twenty meter radius".

Radar sensor?
Does being subject to Noise mean it's a wireless enhancement?

I would assume that radar sense falls into the same category as ultrasound.  They're both headware that add an additional sense (eqv.), but do not enhance an existing one.  I don't think it would need to be wireless, the unit seems pretty self-contained.  Admittedly, my character is taking one of these the day it becomes SRM legal, so I'm slightly biased.

Well, it's about producing the radar waves.
Seeing them should be possible.

The hearing expansion seems like no big issue for me, and gives the player passive sonar they can't turn off  which is a nice bonus/problem.

As far as I understand it, an adept can turn on and off their adept powers. If nothing else, qi foci

so if I mount a cybereye to my hand I negate the -3 dice penalty to shoot around corners?

That's totally creepypasta, but I would say yes.
