Looking for Progress Ideas for my TM

Good Morning everyone,

I'm thinking right now what might be the best way to further advance my little Dwarf-TM. Data Trails and Chrome Flesh brought some new shiny stuff onto the Table, while Karma and Money are very limited.

Right now he stands at 14 Karma and 25k NY.
The last couple of things I did was Increase Logic from 5 to 6, implant Cerebral Boosters (2), and then increased my Resonance back from 4 to 5.

He submerged once for Mind over Machine and we houseruled that he has the Skinlink Echo until Data Trails comes out in german.

The Attributes right now: Kon 3; Str 3; Agi 2; Rea 3; Wil 6; Log 6(8); Int 6; Cha 3; Edge 2; Res 5;
When it comes to Matrix Actions, he throws between 12-16 (+2 VR), and for everything else 2-9 Dice.

Submersion:
Core-Book wise, I don't see any of the possible submersions very useful. Perhaps Resonance-[Program], but then again I don't know which program I should use.
Doing it for Skinlink will become necessary but the rest seem to be useless Karma-sinks which do not make my character in any way or form better at what he tries to do. Quiet may be an Idea (Data Trails) as I've encountered Noise Rating of 4 and above a few times recently.

Skills:
Thanks to negative Qualities, my learning times for Skills are increased by 50%, so I haven't increased any of my Matrix related skill above 6. However I'm thinking of doing it for at least Registering (get it to 8 in the near future was my idea)

Right now with 11 Dice for Registering (13 for Machine Sprites), Registering even a Force 5 Sprite is a game of Luck and generally, with 10 Dice they don't do sh*t.

Bioware:

Chrome Flesh has 2 very interesting pieces in it:
1. Cerebellum Booster (1-2), Increases INT by 1 per Rating for 50k per Rating.
It may take a while to gather that kind of Money, but a TM running around with 8 Logic AND 8 Intuition? That does sound amazing. I would lose 1 Resonance Point again ... but I guess that's the price for being awesome.

2. Boosted Reflexes: +1 Initiative Dice. It's cheap and relatively Essence friendly, thinking of trying to get my hands on Deltaware for 0,5 Essence and 25k Cost, or at least Beta for 0,7 Essence and only 12k.

It seems TM's are really the only class that ever wants those things, as Sams want better Boosters, Adepts and Magicians can do it themselves and Deckers can also go for the usual Reflexboosters. But as I have no other good option and having a second dice or not, should increase my abilities in 1. AR Hacking 2. Not Dying.

So these are my ideas. Of course, if I want it all these are rather "Long term" as I'd need another around ~70 Karma and over 100.000 Nuyen, but having a plan is always better.

What I'd like to hear is how are you increasing your Technomancers? Are my ideas flawed and doing something else would be way more efficient? What would be the best order of things?
My Idea:
1. Boosted Reflexes,
2. Increase Registering to 7,
3. Increase Edge to 3,
4. Submerge for Skinlink,
5. As soon as I can Buy Rating 1 or 2 Cerebellum Boosters,
6. Increase Resonance back to 5 once again,
7. Increase Registering to 8.

86 Karma and I didn't increase my abilities to get into hosts, brick stuff or get better in anything outside of the matrix. Sometimes Progression in SR feels like running in circles xP
