Maxwell starts grinning devilishly at Amy's question.  Trying not to sound too mischievous he replies with: "Well I can do one of two things with that kind of money.  The first would be to purchase a nice magical focus for myself.  The second and more responsible option is to take that money to a friend I know and see if I can hire a band of cutthroat mercenaries to help me take down Venom and Damian Grail."

Astarix manages to tell Kynos that he will have a van delivered to the NH later today and that he is definitely in for the Venom mission when the mice invade the Lounge.  The powerful VL waves a hand at the mice, laughing.  "Idiot hacker.  Does he not realize that rats and mice are dedicated to one such as I?" 

Defending:  Defend against matrix attack, using edge: 14d6t5 5  reroll misses:  Reroll misses: 9d6t5 1  6 hits total.  No damage.

The mice near Astarix race back away from the anger of their lord.  He bows to the others and says, "Well now.  I think it is time to depart.  It has been enjoyable.  I will call you when the van is delivered."  The Vampire Lord waves at the others, twirls his cape about him and disappears in a puff of smoke.  The effect is a bit cheesy, but he loves it.

@Maxwell Amy White tells you "I can try and pinpoint that Venom... the way I see it, if we can pinpoint him we find Damian after all all this 'sucking up' requires either comlink communication or real communication. I'll also lookup that Damian guy, a Vampire in Seattle is completely illegal and there is a fat bounty, I think 20k perhaps more for powerful individuals. "

@all thiuse of you that stayed long enough could see the massive number of ghosts that attack the cartoon mice. Very tight security. Whomever did that to you seems to have some troubles of their own.


@Minnie you are not completely concentrated at the picnic but you can see that Nagisa and Strawberry are deep in a conversation it is no smalltalk because Nagisa is grave serious despite placing her head in the Strawberry's lap. What catches your attention is the mentioning of a name....Venom. Strawberry said that he was sepoused to leave town but did not.

Kynos awoke into AR and quickly rebooted before contacting Athos and Max and Minnie normally per text:

@Maxwell Amy white tells you " I think you need a new place too many people know of your old one. If you want to take your things the red hot nukes are the only people to do it for you no questions asked. Chances are one of them is the one to put the bomb in its place in the first place. They are the only gang where every member can handle explosives to some degree.

@Kynos Max say " Me and NBM are behind you. I want to find Venom and shake him a little bit see whats falls off. I need to know who he works for."

Maxwell grumbles and grunts in displeasure before saying: "Yeah fuck you're probably right.  Which is a damn shame because I have a two month deposit in that apartment.  Here i'll give you my number in case we need to do stuff later."  He gives her his comm code then texts his fixer.

@Prop Joe - <<Hey Joe I need you to talk to the Red Hot Nukes for me.  My place was trapped with explosives and I don't think I can go back there anymore.  Hire them on my behalf to go that shitty apartment complex you know where I live at and go to my place and pick up all my stuff there.  Have them pack it all up and drop it off at an establishment known as The Joke.  There is also a warehouse not too far from council island that has some KE armor that I came across recently.  Have one of the Nukes go there and pick it up and drop it off with the rest of my stuff.  I'll pay you 2000 if you broker this deal and i'll give the Nukes 5000 if they do this for me.  I'll also attach a map to that warehouse and my apartment.  A map with detailed instructions is also attached with the message.

Maxwell sighs heavily at the thought of losing all the wealth he has acquired recently and decides its a good time to get drunk.  Turning to face Amy he says:  "I hate to impose but i'd rather not walk for another 6 hours just to get a drink.  So any chance you could give me a ride to to this bar called The Joke, its in the barrens."

When you enter the Joke Strawberry approaches you and say "Just the kind of guy I wanted to meet. Remember you offering to *kill* a certain someone for me...?"

As he arrives at the bar that pretty red-haired elf greets him and reminds him of his blunder when they first met.  In response to her question he says: Thats kinda part of the reason as to why i'm here.  You may want to take a seat somewhere because this might take awhile."

Maxwell tells her everything that has transpired in the past few days.  From Ivory Tower's job to his business at the Horizon Security Department.  Recounting to the best of his ability every detail of these past events.  He was out of breath and coughing when he finished his long-ass story.  Once he regained some air in his lungs he said: "Sorry if most of that doesn't sound right, a lot has happened since our first meeting.  I'm loathe to burden you with all of this but you're the only person I know who has had dealings with Venom and also has no love for him either.  I don't have a place to stay so would you mind if I crash here for awhile or at least until I find somewhere else to live?"

@Maxwell Strawberry say "I can make you disappear but I need his ass placed on that plane to Tokyo.  His family is very upset because he disappeared as he was on the way to the airport. His family is already expecting him in Tokyo and they grow more suspicious every day. If anything happens to him we will miss him because their interference here is going to be much worse than one no good trouble maker."

@Strawberry - Maxwell flares up in irritation and responds annoyedly with: "The man tries to kill me three times and you want to send him on a vacation home, figures.  Besides I doubt that's even a possibility now.  Hes trafficking with a vampire who plots to overtake the city in a vain attempt to be turned as well.  Meanwhile torturing a friend of mine just for the hell of it.  Hes a pile of trash not a trouble maker, and I should have killed him when I had the chance.
