@Kynos "Customers?... the entrance is through the tunnel. Don't mind Grog he is a bit slow but couldn't hurt  a soul ... but since you already climbed so far, the way down is going to be a bit difficult. Help me move this weight Ben."  The two Ghouls remove the weight and help you inside to what seem like a small clinic with bodies piling up. "Excuse us for the smell, but with this gang war going around us,  we actually have more than we can chew...  We are starting to think about preservation techniques, but it will take some time."
There are two ghouls in the clinic and the smell is even stronger in the clinic. Oddly enough, you are pretty sure that these ghouls are not blind by the specialty that they perform precision autopsies to the dead bodies. While Ghouls can see the astral, manipulating bodies like that require actual eye sight.
 

[Mulcarn]

"Wait did that girl just battle howl all the rats away?  Is that a tail?  Are those cat ears?  I'm probably not feeling good i'm starting to see things."  Shaking his head in disbelief he turns his attention to what Kynos and Athos are talking about.  "I've always wanted to fight some ghouls, I guess i'll get the chance tonight."

[Mercy Merchant]

Athos calls up to Kynos.  "Hey, you OK up there?"

"Everything's peachy. Just go on, they tell me there is an easier access further down."

Kynos waited for the ghouls to let him in and took a look around:
"Hi, nice operation you've got here. Do you have cybereyes to do your work?"

@Kynos Guy the Ghouls said, "you entered through our emergency exit in case of some bounty hunters and stuff. The entrance is further down the pipe, there is a big feral troll ghoul that refers to himself as Grog, his name is George but he does not seem to remember that. Anyhow, he is well fed and will probobly not be aggressive unless provoked. Try not to provoke him when you get out, unless you want to join the flesh eating club. "


"Hi, nice operation you've got here. Do you have cybereyes to do your work?"

Guy say "No our regular eyesight, oddly enough we were recently infected with an unknown brand of a desiese, we get to keep our eyesight but cannot smell. Grog is our patient zero, but we have not yet figured this stuff out. We weren't infected until recently this is why we needed so many rats. This is water under the bridge tough, life continue and even the undead need to make a living... what brings you to here?"

If there is anything that makes you believe their story is how open they are with you, ghouls even these that keep some of their humanity are typically paranoid of hunters turning them for their reward (5k a piece in the UCAS). These guys practically were about to offer you coffee if they had any.

"We've got a piece of headware we need analyzed and/or dissected. My people will be here in a minute with the cooler.
No sense of smell, eh? Well down here that isn't to bad of a drawback."
Kynos took a moment to find a spot at the wall where he wouldn't be in the way

Grog isn't the only one threatening to go feral down here...

I've never been in a sewer before.  I should be finding this place disgusting, dammit, but part of me wants to skitter off and make a nest!  Best to stay close to my team...humans to remind me that I'm human.

Minnie sticks close to Athos, trying not to be in the way and offering help as she can, but not seeming to want to be more than a meter or two away from him.  She doesn't look scared at all.  Maybe anxious, but even that description doesn't fit the wild look in her eyes.  To Athos who knows her tail "moods" very well, this one is a new one.  The closest he can come to seeing these movements before is when Yulia has been very hungry.

@All but Kynos Down the path (if/when) you look you can see another manhole with a pale troll that happily feed the rats. When he notice you he say... Guy Guy! talking food !!! talking food!! he seems excited as a little boy rather than hostile. He is a powerful troll and from the look of it a ghoul so he is by no means harmless.
 

[Mulcarn]

"Well as long as he doesn't bug us then I suppose we could leave him alone.  I'd rather not put down the special needs ghoul if I can help it."  Shrugging Maxwell pays the ghoul no mind and stands about uncaring.  Waiting for the building with feet to make his move before advancing.

Athos nods at Kynos' words and proceeds down the tunnel towards the very large ghoul.  If this is the end, he sends the others up the hole first then follows.

@all but Kynos Grog let you pass, however when he sees Minnie he roars, and runs toward her at four... "Little mouse! Little mouse... come see ,come see" he say and dashes toward Minnie to subdo and catch her.

The ghoul's words do not seem threatening, more like trying to get Minnie's attention so Athos does not shoot the creature.  He does, however, bring the assault rifle up to be ready to fire.

What what?!?

The surprise action combined with the smells and continued chittering of the rats overwhelm me and I jump back from Athos dropping to all fours with my ears perked and my tail at attention.  Sounds emit from my throat that no human could make, sounds I had been trained since infancy never to permit to pass my lips.  I bare my teeth at the massive ghoul while dancing out of his reach.  Any rat that tries to challenge me gets a resounding chiding and a swat if he or she gets too close.  All human thought is gone; my knives are forgotten.  This is all about survival against a threat (the ghoul) combined with establishing dominance (the rats).

Not sure what I should roll.  Gil, feel free to roll whatever is needed for me so we can keep this moving smoothly.  I trust you.

Athos is surprised at Minnie's reaction.  He has never seen this side of her and is amazed.  He does not understand what she is staying, but he raises the rifle to shoot the creature if he actually tries to hurt his friend.

@Kynos Guy tells you "It stinks in here isn't it? We just receive to many dead gangers with cybereyes and similar augments."

@Minnie Athos and Maxwell Grog makes a couple of clumsy attempts to grab Minnie that squeak in a voice that ordinary humans simply cannot achieve. After a few squeaks a ghoul wearing a white robe gets a few steps down the ladder and shouts angrily "Grog! how many times have I told you not to play with walking food!" Grog answers "Sorry Ben... but I wanted to show the mouse..." Ben cuts him short "Grog! behave we got buissness, the war won't last forever"  Grog Answers "Yes Ben..." and seems disappointed for being robbed of his toy.
 
When you climb down the troll-hole into a clinic that seem to have no outside windows or any exit of any kind. Ben apologizes "George was our manager and we haven't told him that he is a ghoul yet... He is a bit changed as you can imagine. Now Guy is in charge and he introduces you to his boss  another Ghoul named Guy, after the casual greets he asks "What can I do for you?"

 The entire clinic is filled with decaying dead bodies and there is little room that you'd like to be. The ghouls do not seem disturbed by the smell at all.
