Dude.  You have a Troll samurai technomancer mystic adept?  Yeah, buy a railgun.  Buy two or three of them.  Mount them wherever you like.  One on each shoulder and one in an eyeball mount.  You might as well get the tac-nuke option too while you're at it.
Hey, cut the Guy siome slack .
He's been fighting 3 Dragons for his first Run !
;)
Note to myself : Remember there's always a Gaming Table with over the Top Runs

He who dances with some Slack

Is there a book/reference for form factor weapons? Not for a railgun/assault cannon, but something feasible like an ARES REDLINE mounted on a Rating 4 Cybereyes =)

Well, not as far as that. But Chrome Flesh does have rules for modifying weapons as Cyberweapons.

Quote from: Chrome Flesh P90
CYBERGUN MODIFICATION
While there are a wide variety of cyberguns on the market,
Ares was the first to recognize that name brands are
name brands and, at the end of the day, a street samurai
just feels more comfortable knowing that they have
an Ares Predator up their sleeve rather than just some
gun. Other corporations soon followed, as is so often
the case, and in short order, a vast array of firearms
became available in cybergun variants. Each uses their
own statline as normal—for example, an Ares Predator
V uses Ares Predator V stats, not “Implant Heavy Pistol”
stats, though it uses the same Essence and Capacity as
a normal cybergun of that type. In the case of an Ares
Predator V, that would be 0.5 Essence/[6] Capacity, as a
normal Implant Heavy Pistol. Modification of a normal
gun into a cyber-implant version costs are shown on
the following chart, while Availability is increased by 4.
Tasers are treated as Light Pistols, Exotic Pistols are
treated as Heavy Pistols, and other guns might be modifiable
into cyberguns if the Gamemaster so chooses. Assault
Rifles and larger weapons cannot be so modified.

Nope, one uses Magic another is Technomancy... all indications there two are different expressions of similar genetics and thus mutually exclusive.

You just need to preface your questions with the fact that your group is playing so far outside the Power Level that's it's basically another game. The fact that you are trying to build characters that "can take on THREE dragons" is beyond anything that 99.999999% of other players are ever even conceiving doing that aren't 10 year old 4000 Karma characters. So once you make people aware of it... they are going to be sardonic about it... but the Pixie Decker running Hot VR in a Large Smuggling Compartment sounds like a good plan. Dragons can be killed, even Great Dragons can be killed... it's happened a few times in the Lore. It takes Armies to pull off & it's definitely still not easy. Giant killing machines with a crap ton of Magical potential that have lived for thousands of years... and you want to kill THREE out of Chargen. Expect sarcasm & joking.... but if you define what Game you are playing that uses Shadowrun as flavor, I'll help you make up stuff for that Game that has a shadowrun flavor. But as long as you understand that what you are playing is not what anyone is doing.

You should always feel free to ask. That doesn't guarantee that someone is going to be interested in helping you, though.

I'd agree that a Krime Canon would fit in a troll sized cyberarm.

I thought the rules won't let you be a technomancer/magic character at the same time?! I remember reading that in both the 4th and 5th edition corebooks!

Hey, now.  Hawatari hasn't ever taken on a dragon.  Not that she hasn't thought about it, or been tempted once or twice, but she's always kept her temper in check and her sword in the sheath.  Taking on even an adult dragon, no matter your age and karma level, is looking for big trouble.

Dealing with a dragon comes with a Surcharge.

A very LARGE surcharge.
