Maxwell doesn't even wince at the corpse's stench, he's all too familiar with that kind of putrid foulness.  Maxwell focuses on the zombie in front of him, opening his third eye to peer into that thing's rotted soul.

@Serge "Understood, since I only have the barest of intel myself, why don't you join me at the meet and we can find out together?  Be at the Banshee in an hour.

@Deep Blue "How about a neutral location.  I will be at the Banshee in one hour, look for the stethoscope. "

Flatline will be there in 30 minutes, and get a table. in 55 minutes, if everything looks safe, he will pull the scope from his pocket and put it on the table.

@Maxwell the 'Zombie' is dual natured and not very long living. It has an aura and does not look like a spirit, it is a spell, no wait something more than a spell a ritual perhaps and it decay over time.

Maxwell switches perception back to meat space and shakes his head in disappointment.  He turns to Gerald and says:  "Welp it isn't an evil spirit or that shedim thing.  It's magical alright but that undead there is hollow.  Probably some necromantic spell or ritual used to create and animate these things en mass.  Perhaps some necromancer somewhere just making soldiers, preparing for war or a hostile take over of the barrens.  On the bright side it seems these guys don't have a very long shelf life.  It's decaying and rapidly."

<<I'll meet you there.>> Serge sends back. He still can't get used to doing 'business' in those seedy 'asshole of the world' establishments, but he reminds himself that it's an unfortunate nature of the beast of doing work in the gray areas of society.

Why did I ever leave that position at the hospital in Bellevue? He thinks to himself, I should have at least just transferred to Cougar Mountain hospital instead.

Maxwell laughs insidiously and says: "Well I have no problem hunting down and killing a necromancer, but their is a few things I need to know before I agree to that.  The first one question is how much are you going to pay me if I succeed?  Second question is where did you find that one skulking about?  Maxwell motions over at the tied up zombie.  "Because as of right now I don't know where to look beside checking every cemetery and sewer tunnel in the barrens."

Gerald say "They wander around here at night spooking the crap out of people. They are not very stealthy but somehow people find them terrifying at night and cannot follow them. As I say it is not my problem but I'll have to fish around for a reward. You'll have to know something before I start running, if you discover their layer the compensation should be high enough so that you can lead a group of professionals to exterminate the threat and still come out ahead. "

The idea of leading a mercenary party to combat an undead army and necromancer king invigorates Maxwell to no end.  Smiling grimly he says: "Don't worry, i'm not afraid of a few zombies.  Seeing as how I don't have much else to do I think i'll stick around until nightfall and try to see where these creatures are coming from."

When Flatline sees Serge walk into the descriptively nondescript bar, he waves him over to his table.  Flatline has a draft beer, but it looks like he has been nursing the glass for awhile.

They use the time before the fixer arrives to compare notes on the situation affecting their clinics, and to get a sense of the priorities they should be looking for in the way of supplies.

@Serge, Flatline Deep Blue is a tall orc lady, she wears bikers clothes, that include a full leather suit and a leather jacket and has dark blue hair, and black glasses. She takes off her glasses when she notice you and continue to your table without waiting to your approval. "Name is Deep Blue, what do you want?" she said.

Devon seemed a bit affronted, "What is it that you want?  I was told to look you up as a source of work, my friend and I both specialize in making sure people make it back from runs, or at the very least, keep them alive long enough to accomplish their mission.  Is this something you are in need of?"

Deep Blue say "What kind of supplies do you want?... Excuse me for being a bit edgy but we are leaving soon, so you need to make a decision in or out, right now.  I told you already, your skill are in high demand tonight. "

"The main supply I want is payment, I will take care of myself when it comes to any medical stock we come across.  What is the primary target of the run?"

Deep Blue say: "No payment, nobody gets paid for this gig. Money is traceable. I cannot tell you the target of the run. If you come you treat wounded and you can raid an alpha clinic that's all I am going to say. Whatever the target is, you are just hitch hikers if you are in it is from your own motives, I only give you a ride. "
