Fun and Games.  Set up: Perfect Timing, Thermal Smoke Grenade, Ultrasound, Ultrasonic Noise Generator, Sneaky Melee build.

Pop Thermal Smoke in the middle of the bad guys, move into cloud, flip on Ultrasonic Noise Generator and Ultrasound Sight.  Next Action, free action flip off Noise Generator, hit something really hard, free action flip back on Ultrasonic Noise Generator. 

Remember to geek the mage first.

Blindfight would minimize it.

Yeah, I've gotten away from using Perfect Timing for deckers and pretty much use it exclusively for shooty types now.

There are counters and Adepts can of course fake it without the gadgets with Astral Perception or Improved Invisibility.  But yeah, fun Ninja trick to have handy.
