Hi I want to make a drone rigger or drone ai character. I am going to buy at least two bumblebee drones. And I am allowed to use the 4th edition drone and vehicle customization rules. What options do I want on the other drones that I buy to make them more survivable? And for the drone rigger's race should I take the satyr with fawn legs (Deer Legs)? Do I want to save up for the chromebook? How should i pick the order of my stats with the sum of 12? We are also  prime runners so there is more nuyen. Should I get the optical stealth coating for my bumblebee Drones?

A rigger doing it right is not ever going to need the benefit from deer legs.

I'd say maybe go Gnome for the higher LOG. Riggers like REA, LOG, and...however it is you shoot the guns, I always forget because damn if there aren't too many modes for that stuff.
Playability > verisimilitude.

You'll probably want resources at A with skills or attribs at A. Magic at e. Everything else will fall into place from there really.
Bumblebee is best combat drone by a longshot, pimp the sensor suite, tweak the gun up with more recoil comp and such and you're sorted. Chameleon coating doesn't have rules yet but rigger 5 book should be out soon

Drone Ai is decent enough, but remember that you can't really pop down to the meet whilst in your mmg laden rotodrones, you'll need some kind of mobility drone for utility work

Intuition. :)

Edit 1: Intuition and Logic kind of fight each other for most important, reaction is 3rd, then everything else based on character concept.  As best as I have it figured at least.

Edit 2: If you are a swarm "rigger" then Int becomes less important, and Rea takes on more importance.  quotes is because some will argue that without the Control Rig (and why would you invest the essence if you don't jump in), you are not a rigger.
