My runners team are full of muscle and adepts. So I design to build a Rigger who can sometime do a simple hacking.
I'm not familiar with cracking activities, for a hacking/carjacking part what skills, attribute should I attend.

for my planned of priority choose
[A : resource] - of course we need a chunk of nuyen for 'Control rig' and hacking device, I'm looking on sleazing commlink Himitsu(data trails) or 100k-200k cyberdeck.
[B : attribute] - Agility, Reaction and Logic for gunnery piloting and hacking
[C : gnome] - cause no one are playing dwarf-sized so this shorty will shine out off them but I can play human in change with skills group if needed to,
[D : skills] - Gunnery, Piloting (mostly) ground and hacking as I know
[E : Magic] - I'm a little sick of all awakened party that happen often :P

for my buddy, I'm thinking of stick with a jump-in bike fight. Don't know if I can stay unconscious on a bike while ramming and shooting people around.
If not I'm looking on Bumblebee or Doberman to work for me.

and what skills do I need for carjacking?

Skills depends on the vehicle

Vehicle has wireless on and can accept connections

Hacking
Electronic warfare ( to potentialy find the node)

Vehicle doesn't hve wireless on or can't accept connections
Locksmith( keys and mag locks)
Hardware (transponder keys)
Automotive mechanic ( for older vehicles that have to be hotwired)

Oh and stealth for sneaking up to the vehicle with anti theft that don't have wireless on for connections

Full stop. Consult your GM and fellow players about the role of looting in the game.  If this is a Missions game, looting is right out.  Missions, and other persistent world games run by multiple GMs, has a keen focus on keeping rewards balanced.  Stealing a car (or other equipment) throws balance out the window.

If it is a custom game at your table only, balance is only as important as you want it to be. If the GM is okay with looting, it will come in 3 flavors.  Balance is ignored, open season on looted stuff, or loot counts as rewards.
