Chummer will be your best bet for that. Start up a new character in it, select the life module generation, select your race, and then you can start character creation. Click on the life module button, then click off the checkmark so that it will list all of the life modules available. You can then click each individual option, and see what book it is in. It doesn't have all of them (Butte's isn't in there, and I don't think Hard Target's in there either), but it has the best list you'll find for now.
*Edit: It looks like Hard Targets might be in the latest version of Chumme, so the only life module that will not be in there is the one from the Sioux Nation: Butte pdf. I'm at work now, so I can't confirm, but as I recall that life module was pretty much the same as the Sioux national module, with a few alterations (Englush as your primary language, etc.).*
