If it was me I would take out point in blades and clubs and unarmed put those point in archery ex-out palming only good when you max that's gives spec for archery also drop heavy weapons and long arms to many skills for samething could swap heavy weapons for palming take spec for it.

Max out primary weapon skill, looks like archery right? Move the excess melee points into one of them, cause you have the str and agility to make that work. I would suggest blades and specialize either in knifes or axes. Your addition skills need to be tighend and not so spread everywhere. Also, get 'ware to boost your initiative cause 9+d6 is bad. Whatever you pick, it will help. Also, generally skills A is a trap, has this character is suffering from.

All those dice pools for important opposed tests that are in the 5-7 range? Those are wasted skill points.

This character would have work better as attributes A, Resources B, Skills C (or maybe B). This way you will have great base skills, and functional skills pools and 'ware you needed to work.

You have actual investment in something like 9 combat skills.

You can use 1 per turn.

You should reevaluate this kind of extremely redundant allocation.

It's like you want to be a Sam, but also have really none of the ware for it.

I get the variety of skills, he is a hunter/gamer enthusiast.  His rifle skill is awesome and his bow skill is decent, but man is he sneaky in the mountains!
I don't think he is meant to be a street samurai, more niche than that.  He is a surprise attacking kind of guy, hopefully one shot one hit one kill.

Biggest issue is he most likely will get two pass, but he has no initiative enhancements or initiative drugs to get him 3 passes. 9 combat skills is more than redundant, it is excessive.
